Love the Regal in Alhambra, and this will be closer and super convenient. Horrible experience related to the cleanliness of the theatre. Watched Inside Out 2 with the family at 6pm and before we got to our seats we noticed trash and popcorn all over the floor. When we got to our seats there was popcorn and used cups from the previous group. I had to clean up the seats myself. Please fix this issue. read more

Renewed Arclight theater with a Regal imprint now. Great staff and a huge theater with lots of space and movie choices. The downfall is the same curse that haunted the former theater chain, and that is the paid parking. While the theater offers a 90 minute validation, most movies are between 120 and 150 minutes these days. Top that off with an additional 30 minutes of previews and you find yourself charged $5 for the pleasure of watching commercials. read more

I can't believe what happened tonight. We went to see a movie at 7:30 pm. The greeting at the door was fine this time. (The last time, the kid took my ticket and didn't bother telling me where the auditorium was... I thought it was kinda rude and didn't think anything of it until tonight.) Then, We go to the concession stand, and there are two lines with 4 parties behind each one. Not that bad, but they had workers (young teens) who were standing around doing nothing other than gossiping. This woman next to me orders, aside from other things, a hot dog for her daughter. They tell her it will be a while, so go and sit down. She seats herself within vision range. I get my order and head off to the auditorium. The previews of other movies are playing, followed by a large lapse of anything on the screen (not exaggerating here. We honestly thought something had broken). I go out to tell two workers about it, and they rush off to fix it. I go back to the theater, and the problem repeats after every preview. Surprise, we finish the popcorn early. So I go back to get more, and the woman is *still* waiting for her hot dog 20 minutes later! The woman who took her order didn't know what happened and said someone brought it out and because she didn't see her, took it back. Whoa. No one informed this poor woman. For 20 minutes. Later, during the film, come out to get a refill, and there's a popcorn fire. The entire area around the confession stand is filled with smoke. None of the sensors went off. Seems dangerous to me. After the movie, we like to stay to see the credits. Immediately after the film finished, the two workers I approached start to clean up very loudly while the credits are still rolling. The auditorium is still pitch black, and these guys are banging around with their cleaning brooms and talking very loudly. They walk in the back of our row and are bumping the seats while talking and cleaning at the same time. Everyone in our row was really bothered by it. It seemed to me that these were very young teens, and no one trained them at all. They didn't know how to be considerate or polite. More than anything, it's a sign that the management isn't up to speed on training these hires or keeping them accountable. A popcorn fire? Smoke detectors? You'd expect a little more or of something located in the Paseo. Tread carefully here, folks. read more

First of all, I am just so happy that the theaters back open came here last night to watch the blackening screen quality was great sound quality was great ticket prices are very reasonable. Not to mention I accidentally lost my wallet in my seat and luckily today they had my wallet for me. Nothing was missing. The staff was very friendly. Francis was very nice. As I was walking in yesterday to see Wonka I was thinking to myself atleast a half hour prior - "I can't wait to try the new bar, grab a martini and see the movie. This is going to be great!!!" We contacted this theater to do a private screening of RENAISSANCE: A Film By Beyoncé, and while I have never done a private screening before, this experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let us in early and let us stay a little late to take pictures. I ordered food 15 min before the start time and ran to the theater so I didn't miss a moment. Their manager brought me my food to the theater and handed it to me. They also were very sweet and took pictures of us afterward. Support this theater. read more

I love that this theater is now open again. The current promotional pricing is great, how about keeping it forever? Seats and auditoriums are a little worn and haven't been renovated since it was an Arclight, but they are fine and get the job done. Projection and sound was clear with no issues. Bathrooms were clean. I love that they weren't showing advertisements before showtime, but it was silent like a library. How about piping some music into the auditorium? Biggest problem is the expensive parking here. The validation only covers 2 hours. I went to see Indiana Jones and together with trailers, I was there for more than 3 hours. Even with validation, still cost me $4.50 for parking. This mall seems to be dying, how can they charge so much for parking? read more

They do not have hours of operation on their doors, websites, and Yelp says 11am, however they have movies showing at 11am. The staff was rude when asking about this and half of them thought the opening time was 10:30am, so they are not informed. Overall rude staff and opening when a movie starts? Bad form. read more

Lol this place is a joke. I used to come here for years when it was Arclight but the quality DEF declined as they changed to the new Regal. I ordered 1 single pretzel and was told to wait by the front doors by the side cafe because it will be coming out from there... Took I kid you not, 15 minutes for somebody to finally walk to the fucking kitchen to make my pretzel. Now I thought this was just incredibly funny because the manager called for somebody to make my pretzel 15 mins prior and when the lady comes, she gives me the biggest and rudest side eye as if what she's doing isn't her job lmfao?.... Anyways to top it off while I'm waiting here wasting my time, there's like 7 Regal employees just standing around not doing jack shit in the lobby.
