It's a very nice, newer, modern looking Regal theaters. It's located on the second floor of the building. And checking in is quite easy, just show your QR code and then you're in. Concessions are right center and middle and they had a good number of the limited popcorn buckets and merchandise as well. Fountain drinks, condiments, and buttering area were very clean and organized (unlike the West Covina location...). The seats are strangely more comfortable too. The middle part has the perfect firmness that isn't too hard on the back. Really comfy to recline and lean back into. Cup holder and mini table are convenient too. Not all Regals are created the same I suppose. Clean beautiful color on the screen, especially with the '80's technicolor, great sound for the musical parts. Very good theater to watch movies in. The toilet and water pressure in the women's restroom is to be desired though. Had to flush multiple times, not just me, so maybe it's because we were on the second floor? The drains on the sinks were weirdly inconsistent, one was just a hole, another one was mini holes, and the other was a giant hole. Just interesting. There's a small table with a self serve machine to validate your parking. Despite it only being a 2-ish hour movie (that we missed a chunk of because of suffering to find parking), even with validation, parking was still $6. Pretty steep if you ask me. I don't think the El Capitan charged that much the last time I went, but it is what it is. read more

Went to see the new spider man movie and I do not think I will be returning to this theater with better options in the greater Pasadena area. Three strikes: 1) Roughly 30 minutes of trailers/ads before a ~2.5 hr film 2) 3 hours sitting in the heat with a no air conditioning on nasty sweaty/sticky recliner seats 3) Only validated 90 minutes of parking and still had to pay $4.50 on top of the already expensive tickets. Some of that time was wasted by the ads. I get that the theater industry is struggling, but this location seems to be doing all they can to drive customers away instead of welcome them to a comfortable theater. I sincerely hope they fix their facilities and improve the customer experience. On the plus side, the bathrooms were very clean and the projection quality was good (hence 2 stars instead of 1). read more

Loved this movie theater! It's the best one in Pasadena in m opinion. Seats are clean and super cozy and staff is always nice and attentive.

Very nice theatre and clean! They have reasonable food prices and nice bar area with many different cocktails and wine. Once you order gourmet food at the concession stand you have to pick up at the bar, which is a lil inconvenience but the food is fresh and good. The stadiums are huge and very clean! I was kindly invited to watch a movie which I can't talk about because I signed a NDA saying I won't say much about the movie But the theater they had us watch it in was nice and had recliner seats which I was like when did regal start having reclining seats. And I meat a nice guy Jason who sat next to me because it was a packed theater with actors and directors! I'm like this year I give it to god to place me and use me how he wants to use me. I had a great time They even sold food here so I'll have to come back parking is in the center 1.50 for every 15 mins I think so total for parking ended to be 12 for the day but if you validate your ticket it takes away 6 dollars. I hadn't been to this Regal since it converted from Arclight. I recently came here to watch The Housemaid and realized they now have very nice reclining chairs with tables. The entire theater was also very clean. Another experience I had was trying to get a refund for tickets we purchased online. I couldn't reach this location by phone through the Regal hotline and ended up having to go to the theater in person. I spoke with the manager, Alex, and he was very nice and helpful. Not only did I get my refund, but he also told me about their Tuesday special, which offers half-priced tickets and popcorn. It's a great deal! Overall, my experiences with this theater and its staff have been very pleasant. They also offer parking validation, so I would definitely come back here for future movie outings. read more

Came here with friends and finally got to check out the super fun reclining chairs. They were so comfy and well padded. The swing boards for your food were handy and the cup holders were all new and in good condition. There was plenty of space between each row , even if someone reclined. The temperature was good but it is always chilly for me, so take a jacket. The concession stand have limited food options but lots of popcorn and a few flavors + drinks (both fountain and bottled). I was able to bring in my water bottle for hot water so that was nice :) Paid Parking lot are available nearby or street meter parking. read more

Went to see the Odyssey with my family yesterday. The sound quality was horrendous! It was so unnecessarily loud my head still hurts. Half of the movie I was sticking my fingers in my ears and it was still too loud. I don't know whether my seat was at the convergence point or resonance point of the speakers or something else, but it was an absolute auditory torture!!! The sound mix was even worse. The volume of the music and sound effects was much higher than the volume of the conversations. I could barely understand what the actors were mumbling because of how low the volume of the conversations was. Sound equalization was completely off. Somebody had taken the bass-treble control and pushed it to max bass with zero treble, completely destroying the sound's brightness and clarity. Also, I bought 5 expensive tickets for seats with recline control. Only 2 seats had functional recline control, the other 3 did not work at all, the buttons didn't do anything. $97 worth of tickets and $39 worth of overpriced popcorn and water bottles, just to go back home with a massive migraine. It was the worst movie experience I have had by a long shot... read more

I have never been to this theater before, but I have to say, it deserves a five-star rating. I strongly suggest watching a matinee show at 11 AM because the customer service was outstanding. Saw Disclosure Day on a Sunday afternoon at the Regal Paseo. Movie was awful but I do love this theater! Have been coming here since before it was turned into an arclight, and have to say the Regal's rendition is my favorite. The seats are super comfy and have electronic recliners with personal tables. Enough room to walk down the aisle without people having to unrecline or move their feet. Overall one of the nicer movie theaters in the area for sure! read more

I have been to this location several times and it has consistently been well maintained and clean each visit. Recliner seats are comfortable, and structured so you're not reclining all the way back which personally I love. My only issue is that with parking validation, which only gives 90 minutes, you're still stuck paying the remaining balance for parking.. not too big of an issue considering parking usually comes out to be ~$3 after validation, but other Regal locations offer free parking. Also, the restroom doors are dangerous to open as the trash can is placed directly behind.. almost hit a worker opening the door because of this! Management, please fix this issue! read more

Construction. Construction was just the beginning. We had a free screening invite for The Wild Giant. It was such a cute movie. When we arrived we were given free popcorn and drink passes, which was a huge score. That alone totaled $32. Plus the free movie it was a $60+!! So, loved that. Now the theater experience left much to be desired. I always remembered having nice movie going experiences here, but I haven't been back in a few years and this theater is not operating at its best. The movie abruptly stopped and the lights came on. We waited. Nothing happened. A patron got up and told them, and they said they were resetting the system and it would be a few minutes. I decided to run to the bathroom and get a refill of my "small" free bucket of Pepsi Zero. I came back into the theater with the movie now playing where it stopped, but with no sound. The same guy went to go inform them of this. They started the sound up but we missed a good 10 minutes of the movie. They backed it up to the shut-off then we were good...except they left the house lights on for the duration of the movie. Two patrons got up and left, and I think another dad went to complain about the lights, more than once. The movie was free... and great. The popcorn and drinks were free... and great. Overall a lovely start to a Saturday, but if I paid I would be a little perturbed by viewing experience at this theater. I won't be back to buy a ticket anytime soon. For another free screening? Had at least 5 employees pass by me without saying a word. Waited over 15 minutes to get a drink at the bar while I was the only person there. There were two people there before me and even one of the other customers tried to get someone's attention and said "hey this guy has been waiting" Open can policy needs to be consistent across regal theaters. Glendale doesn't open cans which is helpful to let me handle snacks, drinks, and children. Men's bathroom on one side is out of service so you have to go all the way across. Terrible service at the bar and at concessions. Theater seats are nice and that's why you get 2 stars. read more

I want to take a moment to recognize Stephanie, the manager here, because she truly made all the difference. I had an issue that corporate didn't seem to care much about--they brushed me off and left me feeling like my concerns weren't important. But when I went back and spoke to Stephanie, she was the exact opposite. She listened, cared, and made it very clear she wanted to make things right. It's rare these days to come across someone in customer service who not only takes responsibility but also shows genuine concern. Stephanie went above and beyond to turn a negative situation into a positive one, and I left feeling valued and respected as a customer. It's a far cry from its Arclight heyday, the Paseo is a shadow of it's former self but recently I notice there were new chairs when I saw The Life of Chuck. The nonstop commercials were still a pain but the new comfy recliners added another star to my review. read more

Regal did a great job on the renovations of this theater. The screening rooms are big, clean and the seats are big and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and there is also a bar. I usually try to come to a movie here once a week. The Regal rewards program is a great deal and also got the concessions snack saver plan which is excellent. Love this place. read more

One of the things that I liked to do is visit different theaters to watch movies and check them out. This is my 4th or 5th time coming to this location since it is no longer under Arclight but it still has that same feel and taste. I'm glad they kept everything the same. We came in after dinner at the yard house to watch Saturday Night on a Friday night(11-1-24). The movie was really good and interesting. The theater is always clean, plenty of room to walk around and was able to order my food quickly at the concession stand. Definitely will come back again real soon plus they have great prices and underground parking. read more

This theatre is opened again! Walked here and enjoyed watching The Equalizer 3 here! Popcorn is still so expensive ($8+) so we didn't get any. The employees were really nice. We got to our theatre a little too early and the guys who clean it asked us so nicely if we could step out. And he even came back to us directly to tell us they were done cleaning. Whereas when it first reopened as a Regal Theater ( as the Arclight had sadly closed down permanently) the prices were ridiculously low (650). The pricing is now 11 bucks with the popcorn and sodas on par with the other Regals. Regal has kept up the superior quality of the sound and the picture; which is a good thing. I am still waiting for the Liquor License to be approved so all can have drinks, beers and food either at their going to waste Bar or in the auditoriums. Movie selection here is better than that at La Canada in that here the movies are skewed toward adults not children. Bravo! Probably because they are situated in a Mall, they have daytime showings which i also like. What i don't like is that they only verify the parking for 1 1/2 hours whereas before it was 4. Regal has done a good job keeping the quality value up to the level of the Arclight. I will be back. read more

Extremely disrespectful and upsetting experience. My visit to Regal Paseo was one of the worst I've ever had at any theater. An employee interrupted me in the middle of the movie for no reasonable explanation, and their tone was rude and completely unprofessional. What made it far worse were comments they made that came across to me as racist. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. The behavior didn't stop when the movie ended. The same employee continued approaching me afterward, and the whole situation felt harassing and targeted. I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and honestly stunned that a theater would allow this kind of treatment toward customers. Based on what I experienced, I absolutely do not recommend this location. There are plenty of theaters where you can enjoy a movie without being disrespected or made to feel singled out. I went to this theatre to pick up food, however the employees seemed to understand my situation. I never knew they were closed and I placed an order in the app at 9am, the app doesn't tell you their closed it just lets you place the order but if nobody was there to make it then that kind of puts the business in a questionnaire spot. I went to go inside and explained to the manager that I placed an order and they were able to make it just for me despite them not being open when I placed my order. I like this location because the one I go to that's closer in La Canada doesn't have food like wings or fries only nachos and hotdogs. The experience was amazing. read more

They were so kind and engaged with two hyped 7 year olds, they made our experience so special. Can't wait to go back. I used to stay away from this location, but lately it's become my go-to movie theater. It's almost always empty, and 99% of the time my family and I are the only ones in the theater, which is awesome for us, but not so great for Regal. They have fantastic deals on Tuesdays, and don't forget to validate your parking! One odd thing I've noticed is that the previews seem to run for 30+ minutes, which actually works out well for me. It gives me a nice 30-minute grace period to make sure I'm on time- lol. read more
