Very helpful with my questions . Responsive. Great product quality . Would use them again for future purchase.

I love my new draperies. I must admit that I was worried to order custom draperies online, but my anxiety was over when Jessica walked me through the order and helped with the design. They arrived on time and were ready to install. Now that they are up I am really happy with the value and quality of the product. read more

Regal is a wonderful company. This is my second time ordering from them. The quality of their product is excellent but most of all is the customer care. They are responsive to any problems you have and fix it for you without hesitation, these two reasons is why I purchased again with them after 6 years of having my older shades. I highly recommend them and their product. read more

From my first query through the website to receiving the finished products, everyone was quick to respond and very helpful. The designer suggested coordinating fabrics to go with the main fabric I selected. The samples arrived within a week, even during a major snowstorm. She guided us through measuring and where to place the rod and draperies to hit the floor just right. The finished draperies were carefully and securely packaged and arrived within about 2 weeks of ordering. The fabric and workmanship is top notch. read more

I can't begin to express how thrilled we were with the entire Regal Drapes experience. Ordering the free swatches was simple, they arrived earlier than expected (within a mere couple of days, thereby not slowing down the design process), and they arrived accompanied by liner samples. We hadn't thought to ask for liner swatches, so the fact that you had the insight to send those along with the fabrics was very much appreciated. The drapes arrived within 7-10 business days, as promised, and are absolutely beautiful. We were immediately impressed with their packaging, quality, and overall look. We've been through the whole drapes process with some very well known brands only to be disappointed time and time again. We will never order from anyone other than Regal Drapes going forward . Thank you so very much for making this a rewarding experience and for understanding that people want to see their hard earned money respected and valued. Your company's customer service and timely delivered product did just that! Thank you for adding to our home's beauty! read more

Regal drapes is the best thing that's happened to me in my decorating arsenal these past two years. I pick a window. I order samples. I order online what I need. Then damn if two weeks later that box shows up! No one provides such promptness and great customer service if there ever is a problem. read more

We are so fortunate to have found Regal Drapes online. The designer and sales specialist,  Christopher  Heredia made us feel not like just another client and was very friendly and understanding during the whole process. I will definitely recommend him and his admirable work. He is truly creative and professional.  We wanted drapes on our bare windows and had a very short deadline- we were hosting a Superbowl party in just over two weeks and Christopher pulled out all the stops to make that happen! His communication was excellent. Christopher is friendly, patient ( we spent a great deal of time with him on the phone as we remeasured and took photos and asked numerous questions) and full of unique ideas. He is the best drapery designer I've ever come across. He not only made our 4 walls a room but gave them a life!  No one could have made our family room more cohesive and  cozy that he did. Without any doubts go with Regal Drapes! read more

Victoria from Regal Drapes provided excellent customer service. Despite my project being low-cost and slow-moving, she was patient throughout and always prompt to respond. The roman shade was precisely the right dimensions and it turned out just like I wanted. The blackout liner they used is actually blackout without being bulky. I'll choose them again in a heartbeat. read more

Quality of workmanship and turn around time has been truly a godsend for my Interior Design clients. Just started working with Regal Drapes and Marie my rep and 100% happy on my 2 orders with more in the future for sure. Both orders were COM fabric and Marie helped calculate repeats and correct amount of COM fabric I needed to send. I also ordered Flat Roman Shades, motorized and easy to install, worked beautifully and gorgeous. Thank you Regal Drapes workroom and Marie for your help and hardwork. Renee read more

I am very pleased with my experience with Regal Drapes. I wanted a custom swag for my dining room window. I looked at one place locally but it I didn't see what I wanted. I looked online and found Regal Drapes. I found a fabric that looked great using the digital simulator on their website. I ordered a fabric sample. It arrived promptly via USPS. The swatch matched my colors closely. I them called and talked to my designer, Marie, who verbally guided me through the measuring process. She keyed in the measurements as I gave them to her. I paid over the phone and was given an estimated completion date. It was completed on the date I was quoted. I called twice and checked on it. They didn't mind me calling and they politely gave me an update. My swag was delivered in a long bog. The swag was carefully packaged so that the fabric wouldn't be extremely wrinkled. It included installing instructions. My son and I hung it ourselves with little difficulty. The wrinkles fell out. The pleats fell in place. The measurements had been spot on! I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is very high quality. It looks opulent hanging in the dining room. The product and the service both receive my highest recommendations! read more

Had the absolute pleasure of working with a Jessica at Regal Drapes for floor to ceiling drama! From start to finish they were immediately responsive (but not in a pushy way). She was professional and confident in what I wanted. She even strongly guided me to order the swatches first before going ahead with final order and I'm so glad I listened! Jessica was spot on and I changed my original color. The drapes arrived on time when promised...they are super heavy, great quality and lastly great value! Don't hesitate!! read more

In 2022 I purchased ($10k total) pleated drapes for 8 windows (98" length) and one 3 panel sliding door. The Hardware (Westport wand-draw) is terrible. The rubber gasket on the rings don't stay on and the end rings will fall off. I get the scraping sound whenever I close the drapes. The long patio door rod catches in the middle where the two rods meet. It's a battle to close the patio blinds. The drape's hem in my Master bedroom is not straight. I should have complained and returned them when I purchased, but I thought the drape would look more consistent once the fabric relaxed. Installation took two days for my husband to hang all the hardware and drapes. I would not recommend. read more

I spent almost 6 months looking for drapes and visited every store in the San Francisco and Bay Area without success. I was despairing of finding anything that I really liked before I stumbled across Regal Drapes online and found some truly inspired fabrics. This was not an easy project since we had existing, very non-standard hardware, but Elaine worked patiently with us to find fastenings that would work and sent samples to confirm. The result was perfect. The drapes are perfectly constructed, hang beautifully and the blackout lining really does the job. And the price was less than inferior drapes from the brick and mortar stores. read more

It's a real pleasure dealing with Regal Drapes. Their fabrics are truly wonderful, and they made it very simple to place my order, taking me step by step through each measurement..and each optional choice of hardware and style. The website is user friendly and takes the customer right through the entire process. They are absolutely remarkable in that the drapes are shipped in 7 days from the order date, and their accessories and hardware arrive even sooner, so everything is perfectly coordinated and measured. The quality of the workmanship and the top notch elegance of the fabrics mean so much to me. They look exactly as I'd hoped they would, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

I am very pleased with the entire experience I had with Regal Drapes. I dealt with Jennifer who was very helpful. She assisted with the selection and walked me through the measurement process to make sure I was measuring correctly. I couldn't imagine how I could order customer valances from NJ and have them delivered to me in CA within three weeks! When they arrived via UPS, I unpacked them and they were ready to hang, not wrinkled or anything. I was able to hang them myself in ten minutes. (I did already have the L brackets installed.) The fabric is high quality and the valances look great! Would definitely order again and recommend to others. read more

If you are in the market for drapes I can highly recommend Regal Drapes. it is getting harder and harder these days to find someone to come to your house and measure for drapes. Regal's web site takes care of everything. You simply plug in a few simple measurements it asks for and the tool calculates everything, including the measurements of both drape panels and the length of the rod, etc. You pick your fabric (they send all sorts of samples to you on request) and the hardware and wait for delivery. I hired someone to install them for about $150 (I would have had to spend close to that to buy a power drill), and am totally amazed at how they completely changed the feel of our living room. Go to their web site and try the tool. It really is great. read more

Couldn't be happier with our drapes! The fabric is beautiful and the color perfect. The quality is excellent and the cost very reasonable for custom drapes. A comedy of errors. We placed two orders and one order was shipped in about 5 or 6 weeks. The order placed before this was delayed for 8 weeks which they reported was due to COVID. Perhaps an acceptable excuse but they told me it was due to the fabric being unavailable and only volunteered this information 7 weeks later after my email query to them. If the fabric was unavailable, I think it is unfair to hold on to the pre-paid funds and not report an issue to me until I reach out almost two months later. When the order was finally fulfilled it arrived missing a mounting hardware bracket so I can't hang my shades until I hopefully receive a bracket from them. read more

I spent 1358.64 on one pair of drapes and a rod. I received the drapes well before the rod so I decided to just purchase a rod and return their rod. I reached out to them via email and received no response. I then called the company and was told I would have to wait until Kristen came into the office to process my return. A week later she sent me an email stating she would give me 50 percent credit for an item I didnt even open the box. I do not need the credit but probably would have been more understanding had they of offered me the full credit but the idea is I have spent 1000's of dollars in the past with this company and recently over a thousand and I get 50 percent off? Wow, it's insulting to say the least. Thanks Kristen but Id rather give the rod away and never do business with Regal Drapes again. read more

The people who work here really know their stuff without even seeing the room. They are sensible, caring and have integrity I haven't seen outside my own hometown in years. Great quality, great customer service and when you have a question about design and the person you were working with isnt available that day they have no problem helping out their co-worker and knowing what she wanted. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

I ordered custom drapes at the beginning of April, didn't get any proactive updates on my order, and it's now almost July and I was told they haven't received the fabric from the mill (due to covid) and subsequently offered to cancel my order. I had patience because of covid hardships, but three months and no product -- not even in production -- is not the expectation that was set. Giving one extra star because the website was user friendly and they refunded my quickly. But unfortunately it wasn't a well managed process end-to-end and they've lost a customer. Too expensive to take the risk. :/ read more

I cannot recommend this company for drapes. While they have a nice website and offer free samples, their "designer" is in a hurry to make a sale. When I asked for hardware to go with the drapes, she added it to my order without a quote. I was surprised when I had $270 extra added to my price without a quote or my permission to order them. The "designer" also told me to measure incorrectly so now my curtains are too long on one window. It is apparent now that she just wanted to make a sale and move on. Also, their "satisfaction guarantee" means nothing as I contacted them twice. Be aware that you only have 2 weeks to correct any mistakes in the order. Very disappointed... read more

The drapes turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for all your ideas, help and impeccable service from our first inquiry through delivery. Honestly, I still can't figure out how you can ship these and from the moment we hung them they appeared flawless and wrinkle-free. Truly amazing. Lastly, delaying shipment until our project was complete was so appreciated, and that they arrived exactly on the date as promised over one month ago was really impressive.
