I have never been more disappointed in my entire life. For starters this place is an absolute sty!! Do they even hire competent employees who know how to do their job? Or do they just sit in back with their thumbs up there asses all shift? EVERYTHING WAS DISGUSTING LIKE IT HADENT BEEN CLEANED SINCE IT WAS OPENED!! And the movie, the one thing I thought I would be able to enjoy WAS A SILLY ACTION ADVENTURE MOVIE!! I went out after watching it to ask them to refund me for such a horrible experience not just the movie! AND I WAS DENIED BY THIS TEENAGER WHO LOOKED LIKE THEY HAVE NEVER LEFT THERE HOUSE! So unprofessional. THE SNACKS WERE HORRIBLE ASWELL! The only good part of my experience was this very nice boy named Sean who was working there he was so helpful and very cute and even payed of my mortgage just because :) I would go back just to see him and even though everything in this place makes me want to take my eyes out and put them in a blender he made it all worth it :) they should definitely give him a raise or something he deserves it definitely the best one there! read more

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Jerk at the desk wouldn't let me or my sister into the movies because my card "wasn't signed on the back" and because my sisters ID said she wasn't 21 until next month. Wouldn't even let us see a PG13 movie. read more

Went to the movies here twice while on vacation over the holidays. They had one ticket agent and one person working concessions. The lines were unnecessarily long. Especially during the holidays with Star Wars playing. They should have planned better. read more

Only giving 1 star because zero isn't an option. Understaffed so I understand the long lines. No order or processes in place to operate efficiently. Nobody even checked for tickets. Could have just walked in and sat down. Had to go back to the ticket line to ask for 3D glasses. Paid the (normally) expensive prices for concessions only to get a 3/4 full bucket of cold popcorn. No line at all. We are here on a Thursday afternoon and there are a total of five people in this particular movie - the Imitation Game. And no one to check the ticket except the cashier, so we could see a bunch more movies without any real worry. read more

I wanted to a few movies at this theatre. When I went on the website it said these movies were only playing for a short time after there release, so because of the dates I didn't get to see the movies. Now I check the website a couple weeks later and the movie is back! Your website never seems to have the correct dates for your movies showing. read more

Its a movie theater..what more can i say!! The concession stand is terribly over prices and its cheaper to wait for the movie to come out on redbox and pay $1 than to pay $10 per person there but its one of the only things to do on Cape especially in the off season so we suck it up lol read more

Not impressed. The weather made the foot traffic heavy but there wasn't enough staff to handle it. There was no one to give you 3D glasses if you bought your tickets through the kiosk so you had to go interrupt the ticket line anyway. Just seems as though they need to get their systems in place. read more

Actually 0 stars...but it might be worth going to a movie here just because you will forever have stories to tell about a truly awful moviegoing experience. 10 minutes to buy tickets. 10 minutes waiting to buy food with only one person in front of us. I ordered hot dogs - one for each of the four of us - and with a deer in the headlights look, the staff person said..." four? For sure? Oh gees." He disappeared and came back five minutes later and said " what can I get you?" ???? When we made it into the theater, the AC was broken. Was news when we told them. Broken and defeated, we sat down, ate stale popcorn and tried not to sweat too much. Oh yeah, and the entrance is impossible to find. Watch Netflix on your phone. read more

You need more staff. Unacceptable waits (25 mins) for snacks. With the lack of attention to detail and process, movie goers can easily sneak food in avoiding the line. read more

The theatre itself isn't bad, could use a bit of an update but whatever. The main issue, is that the staff is horrific every single encounter. I don't know if they know they're in customer service positions but someone should clue them in. Went here recently and the screen was flickering enough to give you a headache, when customers brought this issue to staff, they were told they would have to endure it, that the screen can not be shut off​, that it is due to poor satellite connection and that it would stop when the previews started. The apparent manager that relayed these messages was down right rude and seemed annoyed to be called upon to do the job she is paid for. It really taints the experience and it appears to be a recurrent complaint (cough, management). Since this happens to be about 1 of 3 entertainment opportunities in the area I'm sure nothing will change, but hey it was worth a go. read more

We went to the opening matinee for the movie Creed. The popcorn was stale.

We go here often. Have a house in west Yarmouth. The employees are really pleasant but for one always stressed female manager.....she needs to crack a smile once in awhile and realize she's in the customer service business ....other female manager is very cheerful and friendly. I'm sure all the regulars know the difference between the two, but want to give praise where it's due. The theaters and bathrooms are always clean, good sized screens in the larger theaters for newest films...the selection of snacks is great, love those flavored salt shakers for the popcorn! ... and I like using my regal card. On the downside they never have enough staff, which may be unavoidable but, the concession stand usually has a good sized line, plus, if you buy your tickets online to skip the line (you can use the kiosk as well)...but if you need 3D glasses beware as they sometimes have no ticket taker... which btw you can't see till you buy all your snacks and turn the corner ...and they actually send you back to stand in line at the ticket booth!! With all your stuff!! Sometimes this line is way long. This irks me as I pay an extra fee of around $3.00 per 2 tickets to skip the line, and not have to come early . If it keeps happening I will have to complain to Fandango and Regal and ask for my service fees to be reimbursed. I don't see why they can't move the scanner that the ticket taker would use over behind the concession stand for those that bought online and need glasses?? It takes one second to scan your phone and hand out some glasses. Would even be happy with printing my tickets at the kiosk ...just hand me my 3D glasses. Why inconvenience the customer when you are the one lacking the ticket taker? We go to most all the 3D films so it is becoming annoying. read more

First and foremost the employees that were on duty tonight at the theater were fine and did appear to be doing their jobs. The major glaring problem at this location is that they were terribly understaffed. There were only 2 concession windows open at 5:30p.m. The weather was raining all day so it was a movie day. The lobby of the theater was filthy. Papers, popcorn and trash littered the entire lobby area and the hallway leading to the different theaters. Each and every garbage pail in the corridor was overflowing with trash and looked as if the trash had not been collected all day long. The bathroom at the entrance to the theatre was also dirty and sloppy. I would never go back to this theatre and although I really do not enjoy writing negative reviews I felt compelled to write this so that others will know of the conditions at this location. I place the blame for this mess solely at the feet of the owner(s) and the management running this business. After reading many similar reviews for this place it appears to be a long running situation there. Regal should look into this business and demand that changes be made immediately. The worst Regal theatre that I have ever been in and I can't remember one being even remotely close to this one. read more

The theater is very clean. The popcorn is not fresh didn't make the purchase. $9 for stale popcorn.

Here's my question - why on Earth do they not rip out the universe's most uncomfortable seats - which I think just might qualify as devices of torture alongside the rack, the Iron Maiden, etc... and replace them with larger more comfortable seats, maybe even ones that I don't know, recline? I can accept paying 7$ for a small popcorn and 5$ for a bottle of water that costs $2 anywhere else, but what I struggle with each and every time I go is why am I paying so much for the privilege of squirming half an hour in until the end in discomfort because of the seats in which there is just no way to get comfortable! In fact what they should do is sell aspirin, ibuprofen, Tylenol etc... at the concession stand before you go in. The same advice they give you before you go in to get a body wax! Seriously though, it's not as if they don't have the room. The last time I saw a full movie theater, Ronald Reagan was president! I love the experience of the big screen, but honestly the one thing I can't justify paying for is the lingering discomfort from the seats especially when it seems such a no brainer fix to me. read more

I have not been to a movie in over 10 years. Never in my life if I worked at an establishment that served stale food has to catch up to them fast. The popcorn was so stale it clumped up in my mouth like it was a rock in disguise. The pretzel I bought was just as stale. The soft drinks are watered down the wrong mix. 17.00 for the three products and that was next size up from small. The seats were comfortable and the view was set up properly to see the movie. I'm just glad to experience this when I only paid 40.00 for tickets popcorn pretzel and a drink. I will wait till it comes to cable. Lesson learned. I can't believe I wrote a view for a movie theater. Eat out and then come for the movie if you want to experience the large screen. read more

We went to see a movie on a Friday night, during the summer for a new release: There was no line for tickets, and no lines at the concession stands--score! I bought tickets online through a discount offer but did not print the tickets. The tickets are only redeemable when printed so the cashier offered to let me forward my emailed tickets to the theater and they would print them. We went to the concession stand and bought popcorn, which tasted the same as at all the other Regals I have been to (quite good). Both the cashier there and at the other counter were very nice and polite. We were too early to be seated for the movie, which was fine, so we just sat in the lobby. The lobby was clean and had a police officer on duty all night (on weekends for crowd control). At first I wasn't sure what to think of an officer being there but it kept the teenagers quiet and less rowdy than I've seen teens at other places. The theater we saw our 3D movie in was clean and everything looked and sounded like they were working properly. Overall I liked the atmosphere and cleanliness of this theater. Will definitely return. read more
