Some of the theaters are small and poorly laid out. The seats are not comfortable. When we saw Bugonia here in November, they ran commercials for 25 minutes after the listed movie start time before the previews even started. The woman at the concession stand said that's how they do it. read more

We bought tickets and concessions, and the two chaps behind the counter were a delight throughout the transaction. The seats were comfortable, the movie played and the credits rolled. This theatre has the smallest screens in town. I was very disappointed with the projection quality and sound.

It's a dated cinema. Is this a Regal trend, or the byproduct of being one of two multiplex options in an hour drive? You be the judge. Entrance, break left to the ticket window. Online convenience goes by the wayside, as everyone waits - will call or live purchase - in a single queue. Stubs in hand, the concession stand is paces away, and when ten people deep, blocks the walk to the screens. Snack pricing akin to the modern wunderhauses, and an early day matinee was $10 - no IMAX, no 3D, no nothin'. Smaller, congested seating and the heat in the theater is cranked on high (the older crowd demands it?). At least the movie played with no issues, and the sound was fine. Nothing I couldn't recreate at home. If every ticket were $7, it'd have a hook. They aren't, so it doesn't. read more

Funny to go to a theater that still uses paper ticket rolls- but it works! This is not your new theater stadium seating with a fancy cupholder, but it works. Each of the theaters are small, so no matter what you have a good seat. The sound was a bit low to start, but given the size it took only a minute to run out and ask them to increase the volume. Popcorn for $9-- should be less! Though it really did smell fresh, unlike some of those bigger movie theaters who do not even pop it anymore. Definitly a theater that works while you're on the Cape and want to see a movie, and its in the Commons, so you can go shop after! read more

Read a number of reviews before going here and it's really just an average suburban cinema. It's a bit old-school with the way tickets are handled and many (all?) of the theaters are fairly small. Seats are moderately comfortable -- not new lunge chairs or anything, but also not ripped, torn and squeeky or anything like that. It was slightly annoying to watch a suspense, horror movie and to be able to hear the crashes and sounds from another movie playing nearby, but that's pretty much the only issue I could really find issue with... I'm okay with this being my local theater and using the apps resulted in a free popcorn and drink after only a handful of visits. read more

I can't stand it when people give bad reviews because they get pissed with something minor. Went here yesterday and watched Dunkirk on a rainy Tuesday. Just a small place with about 6 screens, but cheap enough and nice to be greeted by a nice ticket lady. Easy parking and no lines. Seats weren't the best, but somewhat ok. Wow. When this theater originally opened back around late 90s it was great - a brand new building, well furnished, clean, slightly more inexpensive than average. Boy have the times changed. This theater is now owned by a third-rate company that seems to buy out failing cinemas so they can continue to ride them into the ground. This theater is gross, dirty, and smelly, and the clientele it attracts often fits the same bill. I will NEVER visit this theater again. Did I mention that someone broke into my car in the parking lot while I was watching a movie at 4PM? Yeah, there's that too - no parking lot security of any kind, not that you'd expect a movie theater to need it DURING THE DAY. What a headache. I had to walk out of a movie once because the management refused to eject a drunk patron. Stay classy, Regal cinemas. The only reason I went to this theater was because it was near my friends place in mashpee. Next time I'll just drive us to falmouth . As it was already hot inside, I thought at least it will be cool inside the theater, right? Wrong! It was hot and stale. Central air / cooling is something they apparently haven't caught onto yet. The theater was dirty itself, but not as much as I saw in other people's comments. The prices were high... or should I say average for any other theater. I would have hoped at least the prices would have been discount since the theater basically sucked. During the movie, two teenagers talked and talked almost non-stop. Typical small town movie theater. Each theater(I believe they have a total of six) is small. The seats are also small, uncomfortable, and with very little room between the seat infront of you. If you're use to iPic movie theaters or other large theaters you might be in for a shock. Staff was fine as I had very little interaction with them besides purchasing my tickets. I wouldn't go see a brand new blockbuster that is going to be packed here, but it's a fine theater to go see a movie in a pinch. read more

Small theater decent Pop corn. Ticket prices are normal. Older seating smaller venues not stadium seating. Usually quiet in there most seasons only a handful of set people on there. Theater and bathrooms are very clean. Theaters are smallish, which means you are never far from the screen which is good, however, if sitting anywhere remotely near the front rows which is often the case, you might be craning your neck to look up at the screen. Overall a nice theater, very friendly staff EXCEPT for the uptight manager, shame about that. Movies lately do not start promptly due to long previews, etc., not complaining, just letting you know not to worry if you arrive a bit late. Went in to see a movie and was told 10 minutes of previews,try like 30 minutes of movie and self promotion videos! I had got the large soda and some popcorn. They wouldn't give free refills on the soda like it said sand the popcorn was stale ,I think I chip a tooth on it! Plus some brat was talking on the cellphone. When I went to use the restroom it smelled of piss the floor felt sticky. I've in cow barns that smelled better! Found the place has changed much in years all this place was missing was rats running around in the place? Next time I want to see a movie at this place I'll wait for the DVD to come out!!! read more

Walking in, I bought my ticket and it looked like everything was going to go well. Walking down the hallway you got the smell of a nasty carpet. Yuck. Then I get into the theatre and I don't fit in the seat. Yes, I am a little heavy but there are definitely people bigger than I am. I shimmied in sideways and sat but no room for my legs - and I'm average height. Overall, I'd never come here again. The theatre smells like crap and old popcorn. We know this is a smaller Regal Theater so wasn't expecting anything special...came here because the Regal closer to me at Cape Cod Mall was not showing the number one movie Cars 3 in 3D...we had just seen the sneak peek when we were at Disneyland CA and it looked amazing so we felt it was worth driving another 30 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised...very well run, customer service was A1...friendly faces and happy to be there .... nice freshly popped popcorn and efficient service. I don't think I've been in such a clean theater as this... we go everywhere...AMC Braintree.,Patriot Place , Showcase Randolph, Regal in Hyannis and Kingston plus smaller theaters...some are quite clean but this place was sparkling clean...in lobby, restrooms and theater. It's definitely smaller screen and seating but still a good viewing experience. Very happy we chose to take the trip here rather than watch in 2d. Now we have a great place to take in a show and lots of shops and restaurants to visit while we are here. We had no issues with noise from adjacent theater so maybe they have corrected that issue that I read in a review prior to going. There was plenty of parking available directly behind the theater so that was a plus as well. read more

More than six dollars for a small?!?!?!?! It wasn't even that good. Candy is expensive too and so are the tickets. Tickets where I live are $11 and here they are $14. I saw the Star Wars movie on the Thursday night opening. Near the end of the show, there was a power loss throughout the area. The Theater staff came into the theater to inform us all of the power outage. They told us that if the power was restored, they would do their best to get the movie back on, near the spot that it was stopped. After a few minutes, the power was back on and the Staff was able to get the movie back to a minute or so before the power loss! As far as I am concerned, the Staff and Management, handled this in a most Professional way. read more

I went to see the movie IT about 2 weeks ago on a Sunday. I chose this movie theater over the Falmouth Cinema Pub only because it had an earlier start time, 6:30 PM. My sister and I arrived at 6:29 for the 6:30 movie, thinking we had gotten there just in time we went straight to the theater. It should be noted there was a 6:50 showing as well but we had told the ticket booth and it stated on our tickets that we were going to be in the 6:30 showing. Inside the theater was empty when we arrived so we figured maybe they were waiting until the lobby cleared out to start the movie (the previews hadn't even started by the time we arrived at 6:29). By 6:45 we thought maybe we were given tickets to the 6:50 movie and were in the wrong theater but hoped the movie would start soon (the previews still hadn't started!!!!). The previews didn't even start for this 6:30 movie until 7:13. I wouldn't recommend this theater if you are trying to stay on a schedule. read more
