On my last visits the store was quiet and the young kids behind the counter literally had full on conversations about their personal lives while people patiently waited in line for quite some time. They didn't even acknowledge or make eye contact with us. Good customer service in Pearland is harder and harder to find and this place proved it. That being said, their product is great. I've had Italian ice on the east coast and this place reminds of that. They have all kinds of flavors and even have mixes where they layer Italian ice with soft serve. I usually go for one of the fruity flavors in the summer and one of their chocolaty mixes for dessert after a meal.
