Took 45 minutes with only two cars in front of us & then we found a long black hair in my snocone. Really disappointed because we love their snocones & it's ALMOST worth the wait but now I am grossed out. read more

Yummy.... they make the picadilly just like home. We showed up at the end of the night and they still made us perfect shaved ice.

Took 3 people to figure out how to put our order in the cash machine. We just got 2 BABY snow cones with cream & one soda. On the second snow cone it didn't have cream & I told them they forgot it & they said whoever took your order didn't put it on there. I told each worker that was there for cream & they said you did? & I said yes 3 times with each one of y'all. they said they had to do the whole order over again. To top it off mine was super runny & spilled everywhere read more

Just went with my Mom, Aunt, cousin, & daughter and we bought 5 snow cones. I always order grape with pickles and super sour sand. The pickles were not put in. I called to tell them and the girl claimed to be the Mgr and was rude. She stated she put the pickles in herself and got loud with me. I asked for her name and she said no and hung up on me. Rude teens! No customer service! read more

They said they close at 9:30pm on Sunday when Yelp and Google says they are open until 10:00. Confused and disappointed. read more

They are very rude , went in to order sign said open ,they proceeded to say they were closed inside but drive thru was open and they could still take order anyway .then a worker who had her child sitting inside came out and said "Don't they know we are closed in side " very rude First off doors were open to walk in Second why would we want to order with that attitude Third if you don't like your job find one suitable for your attitude I wish i would of gotten your name !! You give this place a very bad name !!! Your horrible and need more training !!! This is of course Texas City location What do you expect from this town read more

The wait is always ridiculous and unnecessary as there are plenty of people in there but they stand around and watch one person do all of the work. Seems that there are no adults present, ever. read more

The staff is so mf trash and unprofessional... I tried to get a tiger blood flavor and they gave me some shit that they TRIED to make taste like tiger blood which was nowhere near the flavor. So I asked for another flavor and they gone tell me that I have to go to the end of the line to wait and reorder, which the line was long asf wrapped around the building. That shyt ran me tf hot, I really wanted to go back and go tf off on the person that was making the shit. And no I didn't get my shyt read more

I wouldn't recommend getting the açaí bowl. It was very soupy. Not a smooth consistency at all. It came in a cup because they ran out of bowls. They ran out of strawberries so i had to choose either more banana or granola. It had a pretty good taste but not worth $10 read more

While the Shaved ice maybe delicious, the drive thru service can use an overhaul. We waited 29 minutes just to place the order. Unable to get out of line or my husband probably would have. Ridiculous! read more

3 stars only because of Ms. Alizondo (I think) seeing the disappointment in my and my husband's face and offering to help. We ordered a strawberry colada with cream and an oreo cookies and cream smoothie. We got the strawberry colada with NO cream and a oreo cookies and cr3am sno cone....gross. My face instantly turned and although she didnt take our order she offered to help. She re made his drink and her customer service made us feel better, while 6 other young women stood around talking. I forgot to mention that we qere in line at least 20 minutes and when we got to the window we saw why. No one was working. This location could be making soooo much more money if they would just work and keep the line moving. The young woman that took our order kept her back turned to us also. It was just a bad experience yesterday. read more

I showed up right before 9 and waited at the drive thru for someone to answer. No answer. Drove up to the window and the young lady said they were closed. I said the website said 10. She then went on to tell me they were closing earlier that night. There were another two vehicles behind me waiting to order as well. read more

not even worth 1 star, there was no worker inside, we waited for almost 30 minutes with NO SERVICE.

We drive 20 minutes all the time. Just have their snow cones. They make the BEST snowcones. Every flavor is true to taste. Their sugar free isn't so great. But, everything else is awesome. My new favorite is sour patch kid & Strawberry with piccadilly. It's totally worth the drive. I'm hoping they will open one in League City. read more

Bahama Buck's - Very good stuff - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Texas City, Texas

We were visiting my in-laws in Texas City, so I decided to take my three children to Bahama Buck's. We usually go to the League City location but have been to several locations throughout the state. I ordered four baby flat tops. When I received them, they were in baby cups. I told them that every other Bahama Buck's I had gone to put the baby flat tops in a small cup because that's what the menu states is how a flat top will be served. By putting them in a baby cup, I am missing half the snow cone that I'm paying full price for. The ladies there said they only up size if it's requested. I then asked them if they could upsize my snow cones so that I was getting the full amount I was paying for. They said because they had already handed me the snow cones that I could not do that. This seems ridiculous to me. Why is this the only location that I have to request this service? At that point, should they not have tried to fix the problem rather than tell me it was too late? I realize it's snow cones, and in the big scheme of life, it's not a big deal. However, paying $16 and receiving much less than I should have with no attempt to fix the problem, when I nicely asked is very frustrating. read more

I like Bahama Buck's and I don't really have any issues with this location. Their sno-cones are pretty good and they add enough juice. I would recommend to anyone in the Texas City area. read more

The sno cones pictured DO NOT have cream.....this is plain white ice in all 4 of our orders. When I went to the counter to nicely ask for more syrup the young lady rolled her eyes before asking what flavors. Seriously??? What is wrong with these kids? Isn't this her job??? I am so disappointed. We paid for plain ice today guys. I will not be back to TC Bahama Bucks. read more

Unprofessional staff, slow drive thru service, the entire place is ran by children. Don't honor their own punch cards, nor do they know how to calculate simple math. They couldn't even provide me a detailed receipt. Then again they never give me a receipt. The so called "manager" is worthless just like his crew. read more

Best snow cones in Texas. No really, I drive about 30 miles to visit this place. Wedding cake with cream is my favorite. I wish they would move to Houston but I guess I'll have to continue to make the trip! You have never had a snow cone like this. It's creamy and delicious. Almost like ice cream. These snow cones are kinda pricey but that doesn't stop me from going. I definitely recommend this place. read more

High end snow-cones in a cool, clean establishment that has a huge menu and a drive-thru service. They keep it open year round, and feature fruit based items also in case you are looking for a healthier alternative for dessert. Always delicious and perfect on a hot Texas summer day. I always get the Thin Ice flavors and love the Piña Colada and Cherry flavors. Wedding Cake flavor is my favorite! Hundreds of flavors and not just shaved ice to choose from! read more

This is shave ice as it should be. I was very surprised to find a chain store that does it right. There are other locations in the Houston area that claim to have Hawaiian shaved ice but then disappoint when all they serve is a snow cone with crushed ice. The prices here are very reasonable and the flavor selection is extensive. Now all you need is an ice cream option and an azuki bean option as add-ons and it'll be as perfect as can be without actually being on the North Shore of Oahu. read more
