It doesn't seem to be very organized. I have about 3 stylists asking me re: the updo I wanted. And 2 stylists thought they'll be doing my hair. I'm confused. Hair quality: 3/5 showing him the picture and I did mention that I wanted every pieces hair to be in their place and it need to hold since this is a beach wedding. I'm a bridesmaid. I'm there to serve the bride, I don't have time to fuss with my hair. But it drop 2 hours later. Yea for the price. And their customer service is great put it doesn't hold up., so I will have to try someplace else if I need my hair done.

Brittany did my cut and color and I enjoyed the visit and love the results. Very sweet lady but did not do the job that I asked. I went in as a blonde wanting to leave with dark chocolate brown in color. She explained that the first time it may not fully pull through and I would need to come back. I understood and like she said I found a week later my hair practically blonde again. I called and made an appt to come back which they were very accommodating. When I left the salon after paying the same amount as the first time my hair was NO different.
