I have been working with Amin to build back my strength and balance. He pushes me in a great way to make sure I have the best recovery possible. I feel comfortable and confident that I am in professional and knowledgeable hands.

I have only gone here for osteopathic work on my leg and neck, so I can only speak for that piece…read moreof this large facility. My initial visit included a very thorough stack of paperwork that covered my current injury, past injuries, and personal info for records. After that I was fairly quickly whisked into the back where they said they would be X raying my neck...what? Not sure if there was a mix up on my behalf or theirs but I assured the tech that we did not need to do this. He didn't argue and pleasantly brought me to my room for intake and to wait for my doctor. Dr. Abbott came in and chatted with me about my symptoms. He was very detailed and never seemed rushed to get to his next appointment. In the next couple of visits he has done the same and has given me several techniques to help alleviate pain along with his work that he has done on my neck and surrounding muscles. Sometimes runs late (don't all doctors) but overall an amazing experience and will continue to go to have work done on my neck.

This is a truly exceptional place…read more I tore my MCL four months back, and as a runner, it completely destroyed me and my whole life. I felt like I had no hope. I was walking home from the bus station one day and saw this place. I figured, why not call? What's to lose? They immediately were so kind, took my insurance, helped me. My PT, Dahne, is absolutely incredible. She has helped me go from barely being able to walk, to being able to climb Katahdin and run seven miles. She has listened to my goals and helped me achieve them- and it's hard work, but she pushes me and teaches me about how strong our bodies can be. I have never met another person that has inspired me so much in my fitness journey. I am so, so grateful for her. I'm still healing- MCL still gets spicy- and I'm so glad I have Dahne to help me. Being a chubby girl with an injury is embarrassing. But I never feel judged here. I cannot recommend enough.

Everyone from Sunny the patient care coordinator who is so quick to respond to any question to my amazing PT Liz to the other staff and patients, they're all kind, patient and use the most insanely cool high tech equipment. Seriously I felt like they could have rebuilt Steve Austin the six million dollar man, they definitely have the technology... :) I also love that you can check in when you arrive with your phone, very cool.

I had to unfortunately stop going to the PT I was referred for because of all of the unexpected…read morecosts. I knew Spectrum took my insurance, but no point did anyone ever talk finances or expected costs with me before or during my treatment. The actual PT care was fine, but after 3 sessions, I felt like everything I was doing there could have been done at home (no specialized equipment was used yet). When the charges came back at around $300/visit (roughly an hour long each), I could not afford to keep going. I had no idea it was going to cost that much per visit. I would say that if you have really good insurance or a low deductible, go for it because the staff are friendly and seem to really know their stuff. But, If you have a high deductible or no insurance, I'd seek elsewhere, as they were not transparent at all about their charges.

Series of questions asked and answered. There is a young man set up at the front taking care of all these protocols. Then waiting area is nicely spaced. While waiting for my therapist I would watch the same young man from the front door go over and clean and sanitize gym equipment stations. He would flip a sign on each piece to show it had been cleaned. Bryan is my physical therapist. Very friendly. He spent a good deal of time getting to the root of the injury and finding the right ways to strengthen and improve my shoulder. He gave me home exercises to do until I return and advised to not over do it.
