I'm sad to be writing this review, but I feel it's important to make others aware of my experience…read morewith their combo package (1-hour body massage plus regular manicure and pedicure). When I sat down for the manicure and pedicure, I informed the person working on my toes that I tend to get ingrown nails. However, when she started trimming my big toe, she immediately cut too deeply into the side of the nail. It was very painful, and I said "ouch" right away. Her response was simply that she needed to cut my nails. I explained that it hurt and that I normally don't have issues during nail trimming, but she proceeded to do the same on the other toe. She did not apologize and then switched with another person to continue the service. I did appreciate the massage, which was done by someone else. Because of that, I still chose to tip, as I wanted to acknowledge the person who did the massage. When I got home, my big toe was still in pain, and I couldn't even wear closed-toe shoes. Additionally, my fingernails were poorly polished, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, despite the good massage, I would not return or recommend this place. I left with a painful toe injury, and overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

If you're getting the foot massage, make sure you wear bottoms that can be pulled up to your knees, because they also massage your calves. I didn't know this, but they had a pair of shorts I could change into, which was nice! If you are ticklish when getting a pedicure, this experience will be no different. I'm very ticklish during the foot scrubbing part and the scraping tool she used on the bottom of my feet felt good, but ticklish at the same time haha. Overall, it was a nice relaxing massage and my feet felt great afterwards. The street noise isn't that bad honestly, but if you're looking for a completely silent massage where you don't want to hear anyone else, then you'll need to go to a different business.

The prices here have gone up significantly over the past five years. A 60 minute foot reflexology is 55, and 70 minutes is $60. I recommend the 70 minute foot massage, which includes some attention to other areas of the body too. If you have a specific pressure preference, let the person on the phone know when you book your appointment, and remind the person at the desk once you arrive; that way they can pair you to the appropriate therapist, and you have a much better opportunity to get what you want. I had a session tonight with Allen, and he met my desired pressure needs well. I love a very deep massage. It was a great session all around. He targeted my areas well and was professional. This is one of my favorite places for foot reflexology in SF, and that's why I rate it five stars. Plan to tip them at least twenty percent. I tipped 28%. Note -- this is a reflexology place and not an upscale spa, so set your expectations appropriately. I feel much better after the massage.

I had one of the worst massage experiences I've had in San Francisco yesterday…read more The massage therapist, Lily, repeatedly tried to upsell additional time during the session, which already made the experience uncomfortable. Since this place had good reviews, I agreed, expecting a professional experience. However, throughout the massage, there was repeated touching and rubbing around my upper thigh area that felt completely unnecessary and made me very uncomfortable. What made it worse was the payment process at the end -- she stood right next to me watching while I selected the tip amount, which felt extremely awkward and pressured. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would not return.

Excellent no frills massage spot. Easy same day booking with prices much more reasonable than most…read moreshops!

After back to back travelling, work, and events, my body was aching so bad and needed something. I…read moredidn't need the whole relaxing spa experience, I just needed a fix for the pains. I looked all over yelp just for a regular reflexology place that does back and feet for a good price and stumbled on this place. To start, I wouldn't say this is the most relaxing place if you're looking for that. It's not a whole spa experience, but I think they try their best as possible? They still have the sounds of a waterfall and spa music, but also mixed with the sounds of the street if the door is open and people talking. "Massage" rooms are basically private by curtains so you can hear everything like the conversations happening at the front desk. I didn't mind though I just needed the massage. I did the 70 min combo reflexology which was 10 min foot bath, 20 min foot reflexology, 40 min back massage for $68. There's different combos for 70 mins with different prices. They give you a warm pad to go over your shoulders & upper back while you do the foot soak. The foot reflexology was sooo good, perfect pressure esp after being on my feet all day the past few weeks. The guy knew all the right pressure points and it relieved a lot of tension and aches. The back massage was good, although I probably should have said to go a bit softer but it hurt too good lol. If you don't like heavy or hard pressure, I suggest telling them bc this guy was going HAM. I usually like the feeling like I got beat up in a good way, but that's just me. He did tell me to let him know if the pressure was too much. At first I wasn't sure about the massage bc it initially felt like he was just putting pressure like kneading cpr on my back. He ended up going deep into the tissue and it hurt too good, I needed that from being so sore. This place is also combined with a nail shop, I didn't get to try it but there were a lot of people coming in for appointments for it. Overall, I would recommend this place. I ran to tell my bf that it's a good place to get reflexology and the price is right. Service is good as well, the lady in the front was nice and greeted when you come in and then when you finish. They also offered water or hot tea and a little snack. Parking is street parking, so good luck.
