I collaborated on the design of my dream-come-true ring with Tyler and Kyle and I am SO HAPPY I did! It's gorgeous and I feel like a princess! The guys are so helpful! i sold all my old gold and silver to them, so we could use that to buy the white gold for my ring. I was happy with how easy they made everything. This is a piece I will wear with pride for the rest of my life! I also had Kyle replace a missing Garnet in an earring, and brought in a necklace to be repaired... and they look great! read more

i live in Kansas City Mo and was searching for a person who did custom jewelry as I wanted to restyle my wedding ring after my husband passed. The ring was very precious to me so I wanted someone trustworthy and talented. I found Marc, with Reflective Jewelry in New Mexico. t Marc and I have become friend during the time I have worked with him and he has done two rings for me. This first was awesome and the second was for my remaining diamonds. Marc was in constant communication with me and insisted on talking on the phone to make sure he was hearing what I said I wanted. He didn't miss a beat. When I received the ring, I saw a glimmer of shimmer peeking out of the cute wooden box it came in, and when I opened it, the sight of this beautiful creation took my breath away. I immediately called Marx to express my gratitude and that I was very pleased with the result. if you are looking for that one small business that truly works for you, I promise you, Marc and his jewelers are the epitome of professional artists with true integrity. you won't be disappointed!! thank you Marc and your jewelry artists!! traci ingham Kansas City, mo read more

I went here to get a custom locket made for my daughter. Silver and gold with each of our birthstones. I couldn't be happier. And the cost was comparable to something cookie cutter if buy at a box store. The quality was FAR better! If you're looking around for options and see this company, go here! You won't regret it. Dana is amazing and this business makes incredible jewelery read more

Stunning! I worked with Marc at Reflective Jewelry to design and custom craft 3 rings that stack together. They did an absolutely amazing job, the craftsmanship is like no other. I live out of state but that didn't stop the team at Reflective Jewelry they were able to work with me virtually to ensure the rings were exactly how I dreamed they would be. My partner and I were in a bit of a time crunch while traveling for work, looking to use some old family gold to refashion into our wedding bands. We had a mish-mash of items from my grandparents with varying karats and some even unmarked; a couple of rings, broken gold chains, and a moneyclip. Mark was careful to properly test each item for quality and even pointed out to us that some clasps were actually made up of different k than the chain itself. It felt good to have his attention to detail on this because we were able to not melt down all of the items, saving them as keepsakes, and still having gold leftover from the two bands he made us that he credited towards the total cost. Marc even stayed open past closing time for us on a Friday so we could travel back through town and pick the rings up in person. Very happy we found Marc and Reflective Jewelry! Also their jewelry boxes are absolutely adorable. read more

This is something of a follow-up review.....already wrote describing the jewelry being exceptional and ethically sourced.....now I'm writing to say that the service I had to clean and bring up a pair of earrings was Top Notch!! I had attempted to clean my own white gold and silver based design with the classic baking soda and salt mix you can do at home. Wellll.....afterwards, I had a residual amount of that leading the silver to slightly turn color.....and earrings are too small to take a polishing cloth to clean. Took earrings into the shop, and presto!.....all clean and beautiful again. Kyle was friendly and helpful and, as always, it was a pleasure to come in and be helped with anything I needed! :-) read more

We were so lucky to be able to work with Marc and his team at Reflective Jewelry. I initially contacted them because I was looking for a jeweler who was able to rework some of my current jewelry into new pieces. They are not only amazing craftspeople, but they pride themselves on creating jewelry from conflict-free precious metals and gemstones. I worked with Marc and his team to create a wedding band that matched my current engagement ring, a set of diamond earrings, a diamond pendant that was from a lab created diamond foundry that they partner with, a custom emerald bangle from an existing emerald ring I had from my mother, a Tahitian pearl pendant from an old ring, and a set of matching platinum signet rings from a set of emerald earrings I no longer wore. Needless to say, every piece created was stunning and even more beautiful than I expected. read more

I highly recommend Reflective Jewelry! I was in Santa Fe for my wedding and after the ceremony my partner and I realized that our rings were just a little too tight. I called around to find someone who could enlarge them a bit and ended up here. After 5 minutes Helen had adjusted them- even though they didn't make our rings (a jeweler in California did). And they didn't even charge us!! So very generous and helpful. I couldn't help but notice the rings in their shop and I particularly loved the blue sapphires--really stunning work. Thank you again and yes, check them out! read more

I cannot speak more highly of Marc and his team. I contacted Reflective Jewelry with my grandfather's (very) large wedding band in the hope that they could melt it down and turn it into a new wedding band for me. The kicker, I had very specific tastes and needed it in three weeks for when I commissioned in the Texas State Guard. Over several days Marc worked with me to design a ring based on what I imagined and we worked out all the details. After overnighting my donor ring, Marc and his team got to work and were able to make this beautiful custom band for me with hammered detail and 5 mounted diamonds from my grandfather's ring. Their work is impeccable, and it is apparent that they really care about their customers and their product. If you don't believe, simply spend five minutes on their website and the length they go through to educate people about fair trade gold and how what is typically labeled "eco" gold is nothing more than a marketing ploy. If you need custom work done, there is no other place that will treat you as well and give you such a fantastic product. read more

I have never been a jewelry person, nor had I owned any piece of fine jewelry in the past. But this Christmas, I received this moon-shaped gold pendent, and fell absolutely in love with it. The necklace exudes craftsmanship. I like the subtle textural feeling on the gold, which makes the piece really feel like one of a kind. The black leather cord is also very comfortable to wear, and easily adjustable. Lastly, the Fairtrade Gold symbol on the back just has me feel validated of the purchase that it is not only visually appealing, but ethically inspiring too. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my experience. Thanks guys! read more

I have been a very long time collector/customer from this fabulous jewelry store. It started back when I was married and my husband had sent me a gorgeous bracelet ( 13 years ago ) and the rest is history. The marriage did not make it but my jewelry did! I recently had my eye on a beautiful spessartite garnet bee ring, another one of a kind piece. I became obsessed with the ring and finally decided to purchase it. It takes me a while to sometimes "justify" making these purchases. :-) It's beautiful! I'd never heard of this garnet before and it's brilliant. I love orange so it works perfectly for me. My only (and I mean only) recommendation is perhaps you could ask the customer if they want that oxidation look on their pieces. I'm finding it difficult to clean this ring because of the bezel and I don't want to hurt the stone. I'm not a fan of that black oxidation on sterling. I'm sure I'm one in a 100 but it would be great to have that as an option. I don't know how many pieces I have from you at this point. I do know that I value your professionalism and artistry. I'll post a picture of the ring later. Thank you for all you do. read more

Reflective Jewelry - See where the silver oxidation is occurring? I don't like that so close to the gold and stone. LOVE THIS RING but not the oxidation. :-( - Jewelry Near Me - Santa Fe, New Mexico

If I could give Marc at Reflective Jewelry a "10" I would! My husband gave me a birthstone ring with a band that needed to be replaced. Marc suggested fair trade gold for the band. He put the stone into a bezel setting and it's absolutely gorgeous! I will recommend this jeweler to everyone. Thank you Marc! read more

We loved our experience with Marc, Helen and team at Reflective! From the first moment we met, their team was eager to come up with the perfect custom design for our engagement ring and were incredibly accommodating with the back and forth on design, showing us the mold and ensuring that the ring fit with a nonstandard size. We can't say enough good things about this business and would recommend anyone considering a jeweler in the Santa Fe area to go to Reflective, thank you!! read more

Marc and the whole team are so knowledgeable... I brought in a 22k gold and diamond nose pin from India that had been falling out of my face and they made me an absolutely gorgeous ring! Delicately set with proper 22k gold. I had that nose ring in for 20 years and wanted to keep both the diamond and the gold. They did such a good job preserving and reincarnating my piece. I will definitely be back. read more

Marc Choy kept my gold for 6 months after I cancelled my order with him. He REFUSED to cancel the order he never started! I had to sue him in the Sant Fe NM courts to recoup some of the value of my gold from this storefront thief! He tried to force me to take the poor quality ring he did not know how to design, and when that didn't work he told me to "leave him be". He fought so hard to keep my gold, which he valued at less than $800...less than $800.00! and he deemed low quality! DO NOT make the mistake of doing business with this place, they are NOT master jewelers, and you will see very quickly how they resort to silly tricks to steal from you. Due to this experience I will NEVER support a small business again! it's just not worth it. Ignore those who he will send on here to refute this, dishonest people always do this to minimize your experience. read more

If you love Celtic influenced jewelry this is the place. They are wonderful folks to work with and all of their items have exceeded my expectations. Things always look good on a website with professional staging, but these pieces look even better when you get them. I own the Interlace cross and the Orkney pendant (and many other items) and I don't think there is a day that I haven't received a compliment on them while wearing them. I recently purchased the Shannon Cuff Earrings to go with them. They are a perfect compliment to both necklaces. Marc and Kyle are two of the nicest guys to work with and while I haven't had dealings with others, I feel sure that everyone there is just as great. read more

Marc was soooooooooo helpful and kind and flexible with me. He advised me on stones to replace a cracked ring I inherited - even going the distance to ask me about the cost of the sapphire I found, and then encouraging me to nab it, because it was a veritable steal. I took forever flipping through his books of stones, and he was very patient and kind, even though I took forever. I picked up the ring today. It's gorgeous. Marc also replaced another stone in an old silver ring I had. I hardly recognized the ring because he polished it, and made it look so nice. Helen called me the day my ring was ready, and welcomed me with a smile as I walked in. They really went the distance on both service and execution, and I am looking forward to working with them again soon. read more

Reflective Jewelry made a beautiful ring for me using the diamonds from my maternal grandmother's engagement ring. The entire Reflective Jewelry team was so patient with all of my questions--and there were many--and they were able to give me some credit for some old silver, gold and platinum, which made the custom project much more affordable. There was so much give and take in addition to the beautiful craftspersonship that really can't be quantified but which I truly appreciated. I second guessed myself about some of the items I had sent, and they patiently returned those. I was also determined to have the two smaller diamonds from my grandmother's ring as part of the ring. They strongly recommended a setting for the primary diamond that I wasn't quite sure about, and I'm really happy I went with that recommendation (after questioning it). ;) I ended up with a customized 18K gold starry night ring, one of their designs, with my grandmother's three diamonds, an aquamarine to commemorate her birth, and a blue topaz to commemorate my mom and my daughter. The ring has a lovely heft/weight to it and a beautiful balance, and the bezel setting they recommended for the primary diamond complements it so much better than its original setting. I've also purchased a couple of small pendants for friends, which they loved. Finally, they're so flexible with the questions or the project ideas that just didn't work out for me at the time. Reflective Jewelry does such beautiful work, and I will return to them as often as I can for the pieces they've made or custom work. read more

My now husband stumbled upon their website while figuring out what he wanted for a wedding ring. We don't live anywhere near New Mexico but Marc, giancarlo, and cinema were incredibly helpful & welcoming and we instantly felt at ease as they answered all our specific questions and really made us feel confident that this was the right place for us. My husband found the perfect ring and they were able to customize it exactly as he wanted. We recently (over a year after getting married-9/2016) had the ring resized with them. It was so incredibly painless.. We sent the ring out through USPS and got the ring back less than a week later. We live in hawaii so mail to mainland takes a couple days longer. The ring is perfect and my husband is so happy. It fits him perfectly. I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

We were new to the whole custom jewelry world, but had inherited a wedding and engagement ring set, and wanted to repurpose the diamonds and gold for two matching anniversary bands. Marc, the owner and head designer, was very patient with us, and in particular with me and all my indecisiveness. He did an excellent job of communicating our desires to Jennifer, the jeweler that made our rings. Jennifer was a real master in creating the textured surface of yellow and white gold. She really nailed it and said she made a new tool just to accomplish the design. The rings are a combination of all we hoped for... rustic, textured, fluid edges, and yet contemporary with bezel set diamonds. We love our rings and are blown away at Jennifer's ability to really understand and create exactly the feeling we wanted. Thanks so much Marc and Jennifer. We highly recommend your custom services. read more

I'd been looking for someone to enlarge my wedding band for a while. I had gone to someone who looked at the rose gold and stuck her nose in the air. "We don't deal with these metals. It's not solid gold, you know. It'll fall apart." This was never even brought up at Reflective. Sure they could do it. We said we were only in town for the week but it it was going to take longer we would be back in a few weeks. No hurry. Instead, we got a call two days later! All done. Fits great. The added metal looks fine. I might just come back and have them do something custom. read more

"Meh" is precisely the word I'd use to describe Reflective. Jewelry is certainly gorgeous, but pricing is pretty obscene and we found customer service to be downright offensive. When my husband had his ring resized, we noticed a pretty visible line where they'd soldered. We brought the piece back in, but man at front desk wouldn't even give it a second look. He just denied there was any problem, and when we suggested we view outside to see in full light, he freaked out. Service was pretty decent when we were looking to throw down some bills, but as soon as a complaint arose, things turned ice cold, and it was clear we were no longer welcome. We're young and were dressed humbly on the day in question....I wondered aloud in the car whether snappier outfits and a few gray hairs would have earned us better treatment. In a town where chilled-out is the norm, snobbery isn't doing Reflective any favors. Next! read more

My partner and I had the pleasure of stopping by the store in Sante Fe. We were enthralled by the quality, artistry, heart and ethical sourcing in every piece. My partner and I rarely agree on jewelry but we both loved many items at the shop. We will probably plan on getting our wedding rings from them because we both found quality and designs we loved, but also because we will have no moral qualms about the materials used to make the items. Up until today, my partner had two pairs of earrings. She loved the place so much that she bought 4 new pieces of jewelry! The owner of the business was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Toward the end of our visit he showed us the jewelry works area.
