Work began around that time but was not resolved until May 4th, nearly a month past the original deadline. Even at that point, the issues were significant: the entire right side of the car was not functioning correctly, the DSP inputs were configured wrong, and the speakers were installed in the wrong locations (higher-quality drivers belong in the front doors...). Scheduling delays, largely on DJ's end, pushed things to May 4th, at which point I sought a second opinion. The new shop walked me through the deficiencies in detail and made clear what had been done incorrectly, including a stripped bolt connecting the seat to the floor. Given that I had already paid a substantial sum for substandard work, they were professional and transparent throughout the process and had it done in two days.

(Our family purchased two) We were completely unaware of this damage, and had hopes that this trusted representative would fix our jet ski. Instead the blame was placed on my family, who dang sure wouldn't have bought a DAMAGED jet ski. As much as our family loves to support small businesses, we would highly recommend to look elsewhere for motorsports. Spend your money with companies that ethics align with yours - this place, doesn't! Word around town is that this place completely changed once new ownership took over; we didn't believe it until we experienced it ourselves..
