I made my way downstairs and received an eye plumping treatment, along with a complimentary EOS lip balm. The spa was running a Mother's Day Special and I decided to purchase a treatment for myself. Today, was my lucky day, I had my mini Swedish massage with Vanessa. All I can say is that she is a miracle worker. Her fingers pinpointed the exact spot that I had been having pain in for the past week. It was located right underneath my right shoulder blade. It was a knot and Vanessa worked on it and was able to loosen it up, thank God. I was able to relax, unwind, and just forget everything else. The atmosphere in the room was wonderful. I loved the background music and the heated bed was so comfortable. Vanessa's voice was soft spoken and she would explain what she was going to do, prior to doing it. She also wanted to make certain that I was no longer in pain and what my level was. She helped me work on my breathing and asked me to move my head so that she could figure out exactly what was causing the pain. She is definitely worth every single penny. I love that I have found a great Massage Therapist. I even bought another Mother's Day package just so I could try another spa treatment along with another massage. I'm looking forward to seeing Vanessa again.

I have been dealing with a lot of hip issues from excessive lifting and she knew just what to. Walked out of there with relief after months of dealing with the pain and trying to correct it myself. The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

I love the location- it's new, clean, and has the most amazing tall ceilings and natural lighting. It feels good to be here. All Cut Up also recently acquired a floatation tank for float therapy. I have not tried it here but have elsewhere and I recommend the experience for someone who has not tried it. Float therapy is great stress relief and you float in a tank full of salt at body-temperature. It's relaxing and a great way to de-stress. Their products are from the Davines line that is made in Italy. The products smell amazing and they have a variety of hair care and even body care items for sale. It's easy to make an appointment and I like that they text you a confirmation. I also like that they have later hours so it works with my schedule going after work. The staff is super easy to talk to them and my hair/makeup have turned out great. The prices are super reasonable as well. Plenty of parking.
