I previously had blonde highlights and asked for all over color that was light reddish brown and I emphasized "more red than brown". I also wanted bangs and showed a picture of what I wanted. Unfortunately I ended up walking out really disappointed. My color is a different shade of red and is significantly darker, they did say that they did it a little darker because the previous highlights will lighten but that's a conversation that should happen before my service not when you see the disappointment on my face after I see the color. Also the bangs are really bad, one they are not anything like the picture I showed before they were cut and the sides are uneven. I will say that every one was very sweet and the color of my hair is pretty but not what I asked for.

I wasn't a fan of the eyelashes because my right eye kept tearing up badly, even hours afterward. She used super high quality, natural eyelashes, I just think my eye freaks out over stuff like that. I also think if I did it again I would have my make up done a couple hours before photos instead of right before.
