It appears that the only reliable way to get a response is by texting the owner, which feels both impractical and unprofessional. Unfortunately, when I did finally receive a response, the interaction was not positive. The communication came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which made the overall experience worse. It is also worth noting that there is another Pure Barre location in the Sharpsburg/Newnan area, just a few miles away, that is new, clean, and very welcoming to newcomers, and offers a much better daily schedule without heavy reliance on waitlists. I would not recommend this location if you value basic communication and customer service.

The vibe in the class was very chill but you could tell everyone was there to work really hard and get in an awesome workout. The instructor, Ellie, was AWESOME. She really took the time to explain things to me before and during the class. She was super patient but never embarrassed me. The music was the perfect level and I could hear Ellie very clearly. I'm sore now- can't imagine how I'll feel tomorrow. But I truly enjoyed the class and the whole experience.

My experience with Club Pilates Peachtree City was frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately left me with serious concerns about how membership cancellations and billing issues are handled. I initially attempted to resolve a dispute regarding my membership cancellation and outstanding balance. After several communications, I received an email from the studio outlining a proposed resolution. Unfortunately, that email also accidentally included an internal message that was clearly never intended for me. The message referred to me as someone who was trying to "subvert her responsibilities" and included sarcastic comments and emojis about my situation. Here is the message I received; On Tue, Sep 22, 2026 at 7:23PM Club Pilates Peachtree City peachtreecity@clubpilates.com wrote: I have a new Blessing for you! I figured this might be more of a you situation. PDC just talked to her and I think this is her way of trying to subvert her responsibilities. This internal communication was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I was actively communicating with the studio in an effort to resolve the billing issue--not avoiding my responsibilities or refusing to communicate. Whatever the studio's internal opinion of me may have been, I believe those comments were completely inappropriate, especially when discussing a paying customer. The billing dispute itself was frustrating, but mistakes and disagreements can happen. What ultimately changed my view of the studio was the tone and content of the internal communication that was inadvertently forwarded to me. It significantly damaged my trust in the business and made me uncomfortable continuing any relationship with the studio. I ultimately offered to pay what I believed was the appropriate July membership amount of $219 to resolve the matter and close my account. I declined the studio's proposed offer of a $438 payment and additional studio access because, at that point, I had no desire to return. Customer service matters, but so does professionalism and respect--especially when a customer is making a genuine effort to resolve an issue. Unfortunately, my experience with Club Pilates Peachtree City fell far short of that standard. The male instructor and the owner's sister, who was there on my second class, either got upset because I refused the mat class or were very condescending and told me they choose what class they teach and not the client. I bought a 6-class pass. I wanted classes on the reformer. I was told I can't just choose one type of class. I was also told the reformer class was too advance. I honestly feel that attitude is going to discourage New and potential long term clients. Make sure you ask ahead. Don't buy the pass unless they can give you what you're paying for. I will take my money somewhere else. I was giving a refund for 5 classes which was fair. Thank you.

If anything is amiss, tell the staff, and it will be fixed fast. Can't think of one machine that I would want that is not there. Outdoor pool is a real beauty. Will be using it this summer. Any problems Fitness 54 has- like people playing with their cell phones while occupying the weight machines- are a problem at every other gym I have been to.
