There's boxes & the rowing machines were all disorganized like they just tried to fit them in with the little space left over, like an afterthought. I did a free intro class & it was kinda confusing to keep up with the on screen instructions since the TV was located behind a pillar. The location is great & centrally located inside of the Avenue at Peachtree City. Our trainer was awesome. She did a really great interactive instruction & her music choice was excellent at keeping our focus on exercise. They do provide guests with gloves & wraps if you don't have your own.

The crowded machine, the cost and it's not hard to feel intimidated by the many fit bodies running a hundred miles an hour and slamming down a 100 pound weight as if it's nothing. Yeah I know I'm exaggerating a bit but for me gyms are sometimes very overwhelming. After weeks of searching I came up empty handed trying to find a substitute for a gym until a friend suggested Groupon. Through Groupon I was able to find this hidden gem Newnan Fit Body Boot Camp. They offer a 3 day free trial which of course I took advantage of. You have to schedule an appointment for your first visit which might be a couple days out. It took just 1 class to confirm that I was in the right place. Forget about having to self motivate yourself on a equipment and say hello to what feels like a personal training session. The class I attended was a high intensity cardio workout with no equipment just you and your body. It was very challenging but hearing the upbeat music combined with the fitness instructor Chloe Jones motivating and pushing me, at the end of the 30mins I felt amazing! I've definitely found my workout home!!!

I have physical limitations and do not want to take any classes on the floor. The male instructor and the owner's sister, who was there on my second class, either got upset because I refused the mat class or were very condescending and told me they choose what class they teach and not the client. I bought a 6-class pass. I wanted classes on the reformer. I was told I can't just choose one type of class. I was also told the reformer class was too advance. I honestly feel that attitude is going to discourage New and potential long term clients. Make sure you ask ahead. Don't buy the pass unless they can give you what you're paying for. I will take my money somewhere else. I was giving a refund for 5 classes which was fair. Thank you.
