When I visit my family, it is normally for a week per trip, so I pop in here and purchase a week pass. Sadly they have recently gone up 60% in price from $25 to $40 for the week. Seems like a huge jump, so if I am unable to commit to every day of my visit, I no longer purchase. The gym is a great size with a great layout and mix of equipment and clearly defined areas. It is two levels with the upstairs being fully reserved for cardio equipment. There is a small space on the first floor that has cardio if stairs are on issue. Machines are in the front part of the main space, while free weights line the back mirrored walls with all varieties of benches, racks, medicine balls, ropes and circuit style accessories. Majority of the equipment and free weights are in rough shape, no pun intended. For the cable machine, most of the accessories are missing all or a portion of the grips, numbers on the weights have rubbed off and seating is worn. This continues through the gym and is noticeable on several machines and free weights/benches. Outside of weights, they do offer tanning, water massage beds, a pool, classes and a juice/protein shake bar. Service is okay. Front desk staff are never really engaging or welcoming, which is odd for a new person walking in to pay for one week what others pay for a month. Overall, I may be spoiled by my home gym, but Onelife Fitness leaves a bit to be desired.

What a great find!…read more I wanted to start back my workout routine but I did not want to go to a traditional gym. The crowded machine, the cost and it's not hard to feel intimidated by the many fit bodies running a hundred miles an hour and slamming down a 100 pound weight as if it's nothing. Yeah I know I'm exaggerating a bit but for me gyms are sometimes very overwhelming. After weeks of searching I came up empty handed trying to find a substitute for a gym until a friend suggested Groupon. Through Groupon I was able to find this hidden gem Newnan Fit Body Boot Camp. They offer a 3 day free trial which of course I took advantage of. You have to schedule an appointment for your first visit which might be a couple days out. It took just 1 class to confirm that I was in the right place. Forget about having to self motivate yourself on a equipment and say hello to what feels like a personal training session. The class I attended was a high intensity cardio workout with no equipment just you and your body. It was very challenging but hearing the upbeat music combined with the fitness instructor Chloe Jones motivating and pushing me, at the end of the 30mins I felt amazing! I've definitely found my workout home!!!

All boxes are checked when it comes to this facility. It's clean, the coaches are friendly and so informative with nutrition and various workout activities, also it's multiple time slots to accommodate your schedule. You're able to work through each routine at your own pace but at the same time, the coaches will encourage you to push yourself because they see your potential. Each coach is very supportive throughout my weight loss journey and I had the opportunity to meet some very nice people that inspired me to keep trusting the process. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. You have nothing to lose except inches and pounds!

From the exterior, it appears small, but it is quite spacious featuring a solid layout, clearly defined spaces for each area, a black card member area and good sized locker rooms. I am only in town once a month and usually hit up the nearby Atlanta Fitness, however they recently went up to $40 for a week pass, which I am not interested in paying. So once I saw PF, I knew I would sign up here, which only costs me $15/month and is worth it for the convenience and cost. Service is solid. I called in before joining, ended up joining online and then popped by the front desk to get my app set up. With each interaction, the staff were friendly and helpful. As you would expect, the space is new and in great condition. They keep it clean and make sure the cleaning stations are well stocked. Overall, while this isn't my home gym, it will serve as my home-away-from-home gym when I visit Newnan. Happy to have PF in the neighborhood!

So naturally when they opened here in Newnan I signed up again. This location is only a few minutes from my house, which is super convenient. If you like a low pressure, laid back kind of gym you'll probably like Planet Fitness (it's what I enjoy most about them).

I was able to get a nice workout in while he practiced and I loved that it wasn't super crowded. Yeah, it was a Friday so maybe that had something to do with it. The gym, or wellness center as it's known here, has plenty of cardio and weightlifting equipment, and there's several classrooms for group fitness classes and a room for cycling. It's safe to say that being s memeber here has its benefits. The staff are awesome and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. Everyone I've come in contact with has been friendly and the people that work here seem to really enjoy what they do. There's also a play center for kids to go to while you workout so there's no excuse to get moving! The space is clean and big enough to where you don't feel suffocated by others in the gym.
