Not so long ago, I would have done a full wash, prep, polish and three layers of protection. That was then; this is now. I don't know how many detailers I looked at. I'm sure most do a fine job, but whenever I would ask someone, Lemonheads kept coming up. Their "Toughy" package was exactly what I wanted: a wash, iron decontamination, clay bar, wheels, tires, trim and ceramic sealant. I couldn't believe it was less than $150. Christian met me in the parking lot outside my favorite cigar store. We visited a bit and he got to work. In just about an hour, he did an incredible job. I walked around the vehicle slowly, and not once did I find anything he had missed. I could not have been more pleased.

Owner of the shop did not take responsibility of the damage and just gave excuses and walked off then closed up shop. The rest of the car was cleaned well. I was able to restore most of the damage with detail compound, but I am very disappointed in the lack of accountability. More care should be taken when cleaning the cars. Update: next day found additional scratches on the main screen. I'm the only person that has owned this car and the only the person that has detailed this car. Very disappointed.

Todd Freeman, the owner, went out of his way to work with my insurance adjuster directly to make sure that he was returning my vehicle in excellent condition. I love my car, and I was so disappointed after the incident thinking it was unlikely my vehicle would be in the same shape after repair... but somehow they made it happen. They patched it with spacers and loose bolts . Terrible customer service: Calling and emailing Eric has been a nightmare--rude staff, answered once every full moon, or claimed their "answering system was off" I have contacted my attorney and will be pursuing damages in civil court.
