This place is so nice! Online booking, complete with handy reminders. A welcoming building, with a spotless lobby and a friendly receptionist. A polite phone call with a voicemail when my car was ready. Of course, none of that would have mattered, if they hadn't done an absolutely incredible job on my car. They offer 2 levels; 1 year warranty and "3-5 year warranty". We opted for the 3-5 year. Although more costly, if it actually last 3 years, it will be a better value. Ceramic Price was inline with other places. Although new, they went ahead and washed & clay barred the vehicle before ceramic coating was applied. After the transpo via rail and dealer washes, I was surprised it actually needed it but seemed to be a good decision as it was a black vehicle. SubContractor did an EXCELLENT job! A couple minor touchups when I arrived but otherwise very nice. Two sets of eyes are better than one. I had asked that the dealer plaque be removed by them before the coating was applied. Twice. Was not done. Final bill included interior detail, that I assumed my wife had asked for. When I got home and asked, she did not recall asking for that $149 service on her 1200 mile new vehicle. Giving the 4 vice 5 star, as I'll hope the interior cleaning was just a misunderstanding (they did do a good job at it) and for failing to remove the plaque, as asked.
