Their "Toughy" package was exactly what I wanted: a wash, iron decontamination, clay bar, wheels, tires, trim and ceramic sealant. I couldn't believe it was less than $150. Christian met me in the parking lot outside my favorite cigar store. We visited a bit and he got to work. In just about an hour, he did an incredible job. I walked around the vehicle slowly, and not once did I find anything he had missed. I could not have been more pleased.

When it comes out, they dry it off and do a little more cleaning on the interior. They do not clean your trunk. I don't blame them for that. There is a tip jar inside where the tips go for the guy's lunch(es). I don't know if I tip there and it's for lunch should I also tip the outside guys? It's not my favorite place, but I'll continue to use them after long road trips. Manager is very friendly, and the office is clean. Lots of chairs to set in and a TV to watch. Gift certificates are available. I've given them as gifts before. It's about the only hand clean car wash in South OKC that I know of.

THEN today, I get there 20 minutes before they open because I knew it'd be busy today due to this weather. Second in line and wait till 10 o'clock for them to open. Well I left at about 12 minutes AFTER ten because they hadnt opened yet. A car or 2 behind me left as well. Drove back by a short time later, they finally opened. Whatever the business is, at least open and close like your sign says. You open at 10? Then open at 10. Not 10:14 or whatever time you want. You close at 5? That's cool too but tell people you're closing early. You've lost a long time customer today because of those 2 incidents.

Owner of the shop did not take responsibility of the damage and just gave excuses and walked off then closed up shop. The rest of the car was cleaned well. I was able to restore most of the damage with detail compound, but I am very disappointed in the lack of accountability. More care should be taken when cleaning the cars. Update: next day found additional scratches on the main screen. I'm the only person that has owned this car and the only the person that has detailed this car. Very disappointed.
