The price was a little bit higher than I what I typically pay for a hat but the customer experience that I received made a lot of difference for me. Dutch people are rather tall in general, so a off-the-rack medium fits my six-foot-four husband perfectly, which never seems happen anywhere in the States. That fact alone warrants a trip to SB whenever I'm in town. Also, the salespeople are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a great shopping experience -- they don't hover around you but they're always willing to give advice or styling tips.
