They trampled several azalea bushes. They damaged our porch furniture. After many complaints, ONE man showed up to "clean" up. He gathered five wheelbarrows full of roofing debris from our yard and deck. We are STILL finding roofing nails and pieces of shingle in the lawn and around the house. Our gutter is clogged with roofing debris. The water overflow every time it rains is creating problems in the basement. Despite multiple telephone calls, we never get a call back. We have had to hire another contractor to unclog and repair the gutter. Whatever this company used to be, it no longer is. Don't use them or you will regret it.

They arrived promptly, assessed the damage in person, and talked me through the repair and patch process. They got to work right away and finished the repairs on the same day including the texture. The ceiling repair had to dry so it could not be completed on the same day. The crew cleaned up and took all the debris with them. The price was reasonable, they were timely, and the ceiling looked good!

I called him and instead of being annoyed or rude about me not calling him back last year, he was more than kind and told me I should have called him and at least he could have put something over the fan until it could be replaced. I have to say, his sincerity and concern was refreshing! I am a single woman and have had so many BAD experiences with contractors, it isn't even funny. Mr. Steimer was out within 2 days to reassess the problems and honored the year old original estimate. And then had his workers come out the same day because he said he knew rain was coming.
