I am very disappointed by the quality of their work. We got loft extension done and even the basics…read moreare so pathetically done e.g the floor is not straight, the walls are crooked and the list goes on. On top of that the finishing is pathetic. The owner of the company did not even appoint a building manager so we had to manage his contractors ourselves. The project was so badly managed with very poor correspondence. They took 6 months more than the committed time despite many promises and in the end ran away without finishing the last bits. They have not even provided the electric and warranty certificates. I do not recommend them at all. I can share many pictures to prove the quality of work. Cracks have started to appear in less than 1 month of them finishing the main things. No quality checks were done at any stage and the result is that we had to keep intervening. And even upon intervening we were ignored and then later told it was too late to amend the problem and we will have to make a compromise. Or pay extra for materials and labour which we did in few instances and we still didn't get the right outcome, I wish I had never appointed them.
