As far as getting the new windshield in they actually did that part right. The rest, well the vehicle did not start for them, so instead of calling me they just towed it into the shop, by doing so they ripped the spare tire off the welding mount that's installed on the back of the vehicle, which I'm assuming they tried pulling it from. Then my front license plate was crushed in from them pushing it with another vehicle. When I went to pick it up none of this was even spoken to me, I had to find this out with a walk around I did when I was going up to it. The spare was thrown inside at least and when asked about it they shown no interest and brushed it off. wasn't even interested in fixing the bracket for me or covering the bill if I got it fixed at a shop. In the end the window was installed, but at a cost of laziness? I'll take my business back to Evanston where actual professionals will handle my vehicles as if it's their own.

I'm on a trip with a deadline, got a sprinter full of stuff helping with a move from Oregon to Colorado. I had a slow leak and was 30 miles away from this town, I called Highway tire and they said they'd be able to get me in if I stopped by. I figured it'd be a 2-3 hour delay and a couple hundred bucks before I was back on the road. The fact that they got me back on the road within 20 minutes and $20 is seriously impressive. This is my first experience in Wyoming in it is absolutely my new favorite State. However, they found the screw that caused the leak within 10 minutes and I think I'll be on the road within another 10 according to them - WHICH IS UNREAL. I'm sure the price will be very fair as well, I'll update review if not lol.

He literally dropped everything he was doing, moved another car out of the garage that belonged to a local customer "who wasn't in a rush" and proceeded to diagnose and work on our car throughout the day. We were able to hit the road again in the afternoon and made it safely and without any more issues to Florida. I did all the things you're supposed to do before a road trip and still had an issue at 7pm, 30 miles east of Evanston, in 9degree weather. My tire was losing pressure but not quickly. A nice Wyomingite stopped and offered to follow me to Evanston to ensure I got there safely. I got a hotel room, filled my tire, sobbed on the phone to my fiancé, and snuggled my dog. I'm lol be honest, I've always lived in a city so the idea of almost getting stuck in the rural cold was scary. The next morning, my fiancé said "Go to Plains Tires and ask for Wayne, he'll take care of everything". I walk in and a guy at the desk (presumably Wayne) says "I'm guessing you're Kendra...I have instructions not to bother you with questions but just to ask for your keys". I gratefully handed over my keys and then took them back and said "Oh I forgot about my dog! I guess I'll take him for a walk while y'all work". The man said "Is he friendly?" I nodded "Then why don't you just bring him inside?" "Oh, I couldn't ask that of y'all". "Ma'am, it's 11 degrees outside and this is Wyoming...we do what we want here. Bring your dog in to the waiting room and relax". Then he turned on HGTV and went about dealing with my tires. This was about the kindest gesture this man could have offered after the last 14 hours was to give me and my 95lb GSD some space to be safe, warm, and relax.

While driving from Olympia to Centennial, CO, I got a tire puncture near the exit to Green River, WY. I limped into the Schwab parking lot at 6:30 pm. Tyler, the manager, just happened to be coming back from a delivery. He ordered me a new tire right then so I'd be good to go the next day. He gave me a ride to a hotel, and offered to pick me up when the car was ready the next day. He checked their records - as I had purchased the tires in Olympia from Les Schwab, it was still under warranty, so no charge for anything. Remarkable customer service.
