A friend had tried it with good results. I haven't had any fillers or botox in about a year and thought I would give it a go. They were having a special price, so I bought 3 sessions. I noticed a difference immediately in my skin. After 3 sessions, approximately 5 weeks apart, my fine lines on my forehead are going away, my skin is glowing and smooth, pores are smaller and my usually combination skin is now leveled out to normal. My only regret is I didn't include my neck when I did my face, but I will start. I've tried just about every skincare product you can imagine, been doing various injectables for over 12 years on my 56 year old face. Micro needling is hands down the best thing I've ever done for my skin. The staff couldn't be more warm, accommodating and making you feel at ease. I used to go to Blue Med Spa in Sherman Oaks, and every visit there would take 1-2 hours. The whole experience always felt like constant upselling from start to finish, from the front desk to the injector. It just wasn't enjoyable. My visit today was the complete opposite. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. When you walk in there's chilled champagne, orange juice for mimosas, and a lot of skincare products displayed. I'll admit I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be another high-pressure environment. Instead, everyone was incredibly kind and relaxed. I told Kelly upfront that I had about $450-$500 to spend, and she didn't bat an eye or make me feel uncomfortable about having a budget. She treated my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles for $300, after the receptionist helped me apply a $65 coupon that she informed me about at check out. I was honestly expecting to only be able to afford my 11s like I used to at Blue, where just the forehead area would run around $550-$600 and crows feet were always extra. The difference here was huge. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and never once pressured me to add anything or buy extra services or products. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience and so happy to be done with Blue Med Spa. I am 135lbs and 5'6 and hold post off my fat around my belly. I also have had babies so it should have been easy for her to pull the belly fat enough to cover it but as she was doing it I felt she was struggling to control the machine. But they put a huge amount of pressure on leaving a review right away before results are seen. Which is probably why they have all the positive ones. Rachel is very sweet. but this isn't the issue.
