We met up in the morning to do a quote and talk about what I was interested in. I had a tight schedule and was planning on flying off island for a few weeks. Kevin was really professional and able to email me a quote shortly after our meeting. I figured they would be booked and planned to schedule a few weeks out for installation. Understanding my schedule Kevin was able to come later that day with his service manager Doeane to take care of the installation. Doeane made sure to go over the setup/ operation of the alarm in detail and made sure everything was working properly. They are non-transparent about their cancellation policy: you have to momitor the end of your contract and call them multiple times to cancel or they will roll you automatically into an extended contract. Custimer service passes you off to one another and then requires a cancelation document (none of which is in the contract language). Finally, "customer service" is argumentative in response to a fair critique of their services. This service is overpriced for a system that often fails. Even when the system is inoperable you pay for service until it's fixed (which you must arrange to repair and pay for).
