From the phone call I made prior to going to the shop to picking up the e-bikes and dropping them off, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Traci especially made us feel like we were the most important customers they've ever had...and like we could be best friends! What an absolute delight. read more

I forgot to take pictures of the shop but that gives me a reason to return. The folks here were super nice. I even got to look at some of their electric bikes for sale. You pick your bike and the rentals start at $32 for four hours. There is plenty of parking nearby including a garage, street parking (free) and the lot right behind their establishment where you scan to pay ($4 for 4 hours) Sign your waiver and they give you a lock in case you want to stop along your route for a break, etc. 5/5 recommend read more

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. They have everything you would need for a day biking.

One of the must do things in Greenville SC is to ride the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It goes from south Greenville ~15mi up to Travelers Rest. It's a great ride with several places on the way to stop and goes thru Furman University. We rented from Reedy Rides and they were perfect. Reservation with no money down and awesome equipment. We went for the ebikes and they made it considerably easier to do roughly 25 mi that we did. You can still pedal all your own but having passed my Greg Lamond days I opted for the easier version. We had a quick stop at the swamp rabbit cafe and picked up some amazing peaches and strawberries and some baked goods and made our way up to travelers rest and ate lunch that review to come soon. You can't go wrong renting bikes from Reedy Rides they're only two blocks from the trail easy to get to and again they were fabulous to work with. read more

I went on the best Greenville, SC guided bike tour with Reedy Rides. the guide was engaging, factual and funny. I learned so many things about each of the sites even though I've lived here a long time. I enjoyed the ride so much that I'll be buying an e-bike from Reedy Rides as well. I was very impressed with their knowledge, customer service and selection. they sell brands that are sold in thousands of stores. if I ever move, I know I won't have an issue getting my bike services. read more

I rented a bike here for a change from the gym and am glad that I did. Renting was really easy; I reserved online, showed up (the entrance is on West Washington Street between Richardson and Academy, in the Greenville Summit building (formerly the Hotel Greenville, in the lobby). Very friendly and helpful people and the bike ride was great; the Swamp Rabbit Trail goes through downtown Travelers Rest, which is a charming area; once you get a few miles outside of downtown Greenville, and particularly once you're past Furman, the trail is clear and you can get moving. What a great day! read more

Great place to rent a bike and ride the swamp rabbit trail! Thoroughly impressed by the amount of bikes they had as well as options!

Super easy place to rent a bike and very close to the Swamp Rabbit trail! I got an e-bike and it was a breeze, but not necessary since the trail is so flat and pleasant. They also have water and snacks available in case you forgot to bring any! read more

Avoid this shop if you want your bike fixed or some wheels built up properly and in a reasonable amount of time! I went here to get wheels built on October 13th they told me it would take about two days for them to be built I waited three days and gave them a call they said that the order with the spokes I needed was delayed for four days they never thought to get in touch with me about this. A week passed and I still hadn't heard from them so I gave them a call they still hadn't even touched my wheels they finally got to them today and told me the spokes they ordered are the wrong size I guess they never bothered to double check the spoke size they would need. read more

we have never rented bikes before so we had no idea what to expect! The staff at Reedy Rides made the process SUPER easy and user-friendly. the bikes were SO much fun! Highly recommend the electric bikes! read more

Rented an electric bike for the day to ride the swamp rabbit trail. Bike worked well and it was an easy ride to travelers rest with the extra assist. I never rode an electric bike before, but it was easy to ride. I rented a regular bike last year and had to stop several times to rest to make the same trip. Bike was very heavy and hard to pedal with no assist. It cost $75 for the rental. Shop was clean and nice. Employees were friendly and helpful. Bike didn't look like picture on the website, battery was mounted low on the center post instead of on the rear rack. Probably will look for a lighter ebike to buy next year. read more

We had a great time renting bikes and riding alone the swamp rabbit trail. The bikes were of decent quality for rental bikes, but my husband didn't like the seat on his. I appreciated the staff being knowledgeable without being pretentious like you sometimes find at bike shops. read more

Great service from a friendly and dependable employees!!! They were kind enough to wait after hours for us to drop off our bikes after the Hincapie Gran Fondo. They also held my boxed bike there for shipment! Definitely recommend this bike shop as you will receive excellent service. read more

This is a great bike rental company and Jamie (the owner) is REALLY friendly and accommodating. Her prices per bike are extremely reasonable and a low cost way to spend the day as a family. You'll love Jamie and the customer service she provides along with optional bike tours if you don't want to venture out alone. The company is relatively new so all the bikes are in excellent condition. We rented the "tag-a-long" attachment for our 6 year old who didn't want to be in a bike seat. We spent a entire afternoon exploring Swamp Rabbit Trail, Main Street and Greenville Zoo as a family and had a WONDERFUL time burning calories. 'Mice on Main' is a fun little scavenger hunt game that is great to help fill some of the day with kid friendly activities. You can pick up a clues sheet at Mast General Store. I highly recommend a weekend trip to Greenville, SC and bike rentals from Reedy Rides!!! read more

We had the best experience here yesterday! We rented 4 bikes to take on the swamp rabbit trail. Dan and Sawyer were so nice and helpful in getting us set up with our rentals and making sure we knew where to go and how we were supported if we needed anything while renting the bikes. The bikes themselves were in very good condition, I would absolutely recommend renting from here. read more

Jamie was a very fun guide. The bikes were a great surprise, electric assist! Peddle if you want, or not. We stopped at the cafe/grocery as well as a brewery. Lots of fun read more

The folks at Reedy were great! I chose them because their website seemed the most professional AND you can book your bike online! Their location is golden because they are in the midst of downtown Greenville as well as being just 2 blocks from the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Their pricing is reasonable. They have SO many bikes available. They fitted me on a great bike and told me all about the trail and good places to stop. I haven't ridden a bike in 15+ years so this really made me want to buy a bike of my own! I DEFINITELY recommend renting from Reedy!! read more

Super friendly staff!! Very knowledgeable about the trails and cool spots to stop and check out

My out of town guests and I scheduled an electric bike tour with Jaime, the owner, mid March 2020. It was a fantastic tour and local history enlightenment. I highly recommend this bike rental place. Even if you do not need an electric bike, their are plenty of self-powered bikes to choose from. We also stopped for a light lunch at White Duck Taco. Awesome experience. Greenville should be proud of business owners that care this much. read more

Reedy Rides is the quintessential downtown bicycle shop of Greenville. Their bicycle rental service is their flagship offering, though we locals use them more for bicycle repair and service. Their store selection is a bit more modest than other bicycle shops Iike Freehub but their location can't be beat and they have been happy to order in any parts I need. The staff are very accommodating and take mask wearing seriously. And they take Apple Pay! read more

I was reached out to by the new owner who is actually the old owner. Apparently there was a change in ownership for a few years and I caught them at a bad time. Since I am personal friends with Richard R and he highly recommends them, and since the owner was nice and professional while reaching out to me, I am updating my review. I am looking forward to visiting them next time I am in Greenville. read more

Friendly and fast staff. Nice bikes. Good price. Cute puppy. Very close to lots of trails and pretty views.

Was here on business and had an afternoon to enjoy the trail but could not return the bikes at the closing time of 6pm. I had to leave the next morning before the shop opened. Asked if I could leave the bikes with my hotel that was literally around the corner (A loft). They said they did not have anyone that could pick up the bikes. I offered to pay the overnight rate for two bikes and give the guy a $20 tip to collect them in the morning. He refused. I took my business to another bike shop down the street (Pedal Chic) that was over the top friendly and was happy to accommodate my needs read more
