We called Martins to get a quote on replacing some plumbing fixtures and supply lines in both bathrooms because the cheapest "PEX" fittings and plastic supply lines available had started to leak. The receptionist at Martins said that the guys there like to start early and asked if 7:00am would be too early for an estimate quote to be done. At 7:00am on the dot, Martins' guy, Mike, was ringing our doorbell. In less than an hour, Mike gave us a written estimate and was ready to leave. We decided to use Martins to do the work and called the next morning to schedule the work to be done. A few day later, again at 7:00am, one of Martins' plumbers named Cody was parked in our driveway. In just over two hours Cody completed the work and was ready to go to the next job. Cody could not have been better. He was professional, friendly, very clean and neat, and left the bathroom's cabinets and counter-tops in excellent condition. Best of all, no leaks! I am glad to recommend Martins to anyone in need of plumbing jobs to be done.

We've had one minor issue of a drain but again Chris was there within the day we called about the problem. Recently we started to build a new home and had Chris come in to get a second opinion on the HVAC that was install. After speaking with Chris we ended up having the system completely redone with him and not using the sub-contractor originally used because of poor work and being way over charged. Chris saved us thousands of dollars and was in the end able to get us a better system and unit. We will continue to use Chris and his company and recommend him highly to anyone.

First - reading the review prior to mine - I couldn't be more shocked. Our remodel was just finishing up as their project was starting and I strongly believe some of what is said below is wildly fabricated. Josh was nothing short of a consummate professional on our job. Did everything go perfect? No - does it ever on a major home renovation project? But Josh made sure every single issue was taken care of. Including when an electrician royally screwed up our wiring. Josh lost a lot of time and money having it redone and didn't even try to up-charge me for the difference despite the lost time, materials and re-do of the job by a new electrician. Even months after the job was done - he has come back to fix minor issues that pop up (grout fixes, etc) and has never charged us one extra penny. I have recommended Hastings to several friends and neighbors - including a friend who has them doing a full second story addition on their house right now and is very happy and our neighbor who runs a major house flipping company (tv show) and he has hired them on to help him as well. We will be having Josh and the boys back soon to remodel a bathroom for us. If anyone wants pictures or more info feel free to reach out to me. Remember that there are two sides to every story and Josh is being kind in his responses to the prior review. I'm the pickiest and most honest customer (just ask josh ha!) and we will work with Josh on any project we have.
