Not repairing faults, very rude account department accusing us of not paying rent when we were fully up to date. refusing to give us a copy of the building insurance which we were paying and additional £164 per month for. Now we have left the premises they are withholding our deposits.

Now they are papering over the cracks with cladding, probably planning on selling up!. Typical slum landlords, they think they are untouchable! I would not even consider this place to run your business from, if they don't like you they will get you out. Cheap, yes cheap and nasty. Caretakers a waste of space, security is useless. Shut the place down somebody.
