His driver instructor was not friendly and mumbled to where he could barely understand what was being said. He did not even hear if he passed or not until we, parents and him, looked at his score. How sad to treat people this way when they are already nervous to take a test. The driving instructor and another worker were keeping three people waiting to take their test while they stood outside discussing a person. That should have been handled privately. I called for out of state tags and plates they said I had everything I needed. When my husband was heading there he was running behind and I called to ensure they would still service him they said yes(which I think they just said cause the call was being recorded) she also mentioned they start shutting the system down at 5:55 but they don't close till 6 so if ur running behind don't even think about it. But anyways when my husband got there they all of a sudden needed a lien code cause our car is leased and my husband gave them the code they said they didn't think that was right which it was but it seemed like they just was trying to leave and not do their jobs. And then they were FaceTiming someone who was at home making up prices we had to pay without her even knowing anything about what we needed. And then my husband said that they were already packed up and ready to leave when he got there at 5:42pm.. the good news is we found a place right around the corner called success auto, I'll place a picture below .
