Her crown fell off and when mom made the appt to go have it replaced, she informed the staff that she was wearing invisalign and needed the same crown put back on. It is in the appt notes and the nurse reassured her when she got there. The Dr put it on backwards!! Now her invisalign will not fit and he said there was nothing he could do!! It will cost thousands to have her invisaligns redone. He put in his notes AFTER the appt that mom did not inform him of the invisalign. She has the appt notes stating otherwise!!! Either way, he put it on BACKWARDS!!!! Poor practice! Step up and take responsibility for your mistakes!

Coffee had stained that tooth badly, as well as the rest of my teeth. I hadn't smiled in a photo for the previous couple of years because I was so ashamed of my teeth. I asked Dr. Boeckmann what I could do about that one tooth. He suggested crown veneers. We can't just do the one tooth because it wouldn't match the other teeth. He suggested we do 8 teeth. I was apprehensive because I'd seen people who had veneers that were too large, or just didn't seem to fit their mouths. I was very nervous when I went to my first appointment to get my temporary veneers. Dr. Boeckmann's staff are all very, very sweet and very professional. They all assured me, he had done so many and was an expert. His assistant showed me hers and I was sold. I relaxed and after 3 hours in his chair, when I looked at my temporary veneers, I was sooo pleased. This is the best dental decision I've ever made and the financial investment has been well worth it. My decision to trust Dr. Boeckmann is also one of the best I've ever made. I can't recommend him more highly. They look so natural. I couldn't be happier.

Here are the issues I've faced: - You will never see Dr. Carroll. You will only interact with the staff, who merely ask how things are going and give you your next sets. - They never check if your teeth are moving correctly. When I asked about my progress, they couldn't compare because they lost my original scan. Instead, they used a tray meant for placing buttons. - The staff who placed buttons on my teeth forgot one crucial button meant to help rotate my teeth. It wasn't until two months later, after I pointed out that the app showed I should have one, that they acknowledged the mistake. The staff member spent 30 minutes denying the error instead of consulting Dr. Carroll immediately. I'm extremely disappointed and regret getting Invisalign here. Now I've lost my orthodontic benefits. An orthodontist would have handled my case much better. Additionally, Tiana had the audacity to text me at 7:12 AM about "regarding my account." If there's an issue, she should've been straightforward and resolve it directly. Instead, she merely instructed me to contact the office. This should have been resolved last year, and now I'm stuck with a balance on top of my upcoming surgery next week. Additionally, the manager is never available. When I expressed concerns and asked about my options, her reply was simply, "you have to talk to the doctor," without further explanation. I've had to follow-up every answer with more questions such as, "When will the doctor be back?", "Can you ask him and let me know what my options are?", and "Can you give me a call with what he says?" Well, she never called me back. After 3 weeks, I finally decided to stop Invisalign treatments and get my buttons removed. Even during my appointment scheduling, there was confusion regarding the timing and procedures. When I called to confirm my appointment, I received conflicting information about the schedule, with Hannah interrupting me and providing vague answers that did little to address my concerns. Despite my efforts to seek clarification, I encountered a lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Unfortunately, my attempts to escalate the issue to a manager were hindered since she's on vacation. While I've appreciated the quality of care provided by Dr. Carroll, these recent experiences over the phone have left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about continuing my treatment with this practice.
