They had a paper cutter, scissors, staplers, etc. available for anyone to use which was great as well. The second time, I was looking to have trifold brochures and business cards printed. I submitted a quote request through their website and quickly received a response. Whoever I was emailing with was extremely helpful with decided which kind of paper I needed and was patient as I made various adjustments to my request to stay within budget for the project. Within 2 days, my materials were ready for pick up and looked great. I definitely recommend Copies At Carson and will use them in the future for any printing needs!

The day before, a member of the company met me at the storage unit, and said I needed to do nothing. The next day, a 3-man team showed up within 15 minutes of the expected time, and within 2 hours everything was loaded onto the truck. Once the truck was weighed, I got a call that the move would cost me $700 less -- when does that happen? Eight days later, the truck, and the same crew arrived on a Saturday at 7:59 AM, one minute earlier than I had been told two days before. And within 3 hours everything was unloaded, a desk re-assembled, and many boxes of books and bookcases carried up stairs to the second floor. Never a complaining word; the team just did their job. I should mention that even the pins for the bookcases were removed and wrapped. Nothing was lost. I cannot recommend this company more highly -- and they are not restricted to the South Hills of Pittsburgh despite their name. They move nationwide. My technician and I were accosted by police that was called upon us today for merely shopping for…read moresimple components (ram/ssd/cpu/psu) for our laptops and desktops, which they stocked at a fair price. It's 2am, and both of us have been traumatized and have been crying all night about it. The extra hour wasted by the store owners having police taking pictures of our computers to "make sure they aren't stolen" was unwarranted as we were detained for no reason for an hour and also followed to our car. These people must be mentally unstable to label computer technicians as criminals. We weren't selling these computers and told them they were ours as gifts. The clerk took our laptops to the back without permission and forced my technician to fill out a form asking him for his passwords, when he was only asking to buy a power cord. They wasted an hour of our client's time who was waiting ($65/hr) to which we were reprimanded with negative metrics and remarks on my technician's new profile. This also delayed our dinner plans. We didn't steal our computers, one was kindly given to us by DigiTech down the street, while the others came from a medical doctor that retired last week. I do not feel comfortable to ever return or recommend your store. I was implied they treated other customers this way. I am a former Radioshack employee who ranked top 5 in 5 districts over 8 years. I would have never called detectives to take photos of 'suspected' customers just because this store believed our new gear didn't belong to us. Nothing in our conversations gave this away, only that we were missing power supplies we came there to buy. I will be returning the gifts that were given to me and my technician will also leave his version of a review. You should have never treated your customers this way. This is insane, I'm still crying as to why you called the cops, saying we were possible criminals. I've lost faith in humanity. Please delete our information from your databases. We hate you for ruining our nights over nothing. We had over $3k saved up for the gear we were about to purchase from you. There were over 500 boxes of legal documents at my parents' house that had to be shredded by a company certified to handle such confidential records. I called every shredding company in Pittsburgh and Steel City is the only one in the area that will come to a residential setting to do the work on site. They answered my call right away, listened to what I needed and scheduled a service visit right away. In addition, my parents' house is in a rural area that is very difficult to access. They assured me that they could handle the job; and they did, in an excellent manner. Steel City sent two industrial trucks to shred the documents that were in a small barn and a two story garage. The gentlemen they sent were extremely hardworking, thorough, and kind. It was a really cold day and the conditions were crowded and dirty. They worked non stop for hours to handle this task. Because of these amazing gentlemen and Steel City Shredding, I was able to meet the ABA shredding requirement and also meet the court deadline to close out my parents' estate.
