I reported a dishwasher issue on 14 December. They came out, looked at. It said they had to call it in within two weeks. They had to come back and take the circuit board out of the dishwasher which was completely fried. Literally it was black.. then they said it had to be replaced so I schedule the replacement now they have been out here three times at this point. They come out and they say they can't install it because they can't turn the water off under the sink and I tell them no I have a Main house turn off.. they refuse to install the dishwasher. I'm not sure who the district manger is but I would certainly have some words for him. I usually come in there for materials in the evenings for my construction company to do some shopping for the next day. You can see the employees are extremely stressed out due to lack of help, other customers are are frustrated as well. There are pallets in the isles about an hour before the store is closed and you can hear loud rap music coming from the receiving area. I would be embarrassed to work there if I were an employee. They work with a Skelton crew in the evenings and there is still plenty of customers in the store and I always see several walk out due to lack of service. I advise anyone going in there to be aware.
