I was always comfortable with my BROOKS which I have purchased for years but not running around like crazy in any longer in work I was not sure what type of sneaker I needed. Once Keenan approached me and asked if I needed help I was more than grateful. I explained my problem and he knew just what to give me to try on. He explained both brands of sneakers. I tried both on and again I am just so grateful to run into Keenan that day. I am still now wearing BROOKS, but it's now a new line of walking sneaker called GHOST. And to tell you how happy I am with this sneaker I am going back this weekend to get another pair. Thank You,,,Keenan for all the help! Very happy customer ! Jeannette

As far as team stores go, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have an awesome one to complement the…read moreteam. It's conveniently located on Coal Street in the Toyota Sports Plex building and the selection of Penguins apparel and ice hockey equipment serves both fans and players. There's always a deep selection of jerseys both casual and game-worn, and there's also a stash of unique trinkets for sale such as the name plates used on the players' lockers. Customer service is always a positive reflection of the organization, and the pricing is 570 friendly (for hockey). Hey - hockey is not the most economical sport to play or to follow, so patrons shouldn't ever have sticker shock when buying mercy. Overall, a roomy and clean store. It's the best iteration of the store to date and a night-and-day improvement from that closet over on River Street.

My Grandson just started Pre-K and when I picked him up he said "Grammy my shoe broke." The lace…read morehad broken off from the toggle of his new school sneakers. I decided to stop by Gino's as we had purchased them there recently. The doors were locked as the sign indicated they closed at 5pm instead of 6pm. To my amazement an employee opened the door. I explained the problem and she relayed it to Dave who was in the back area, still working. Unbelieveably Dave said he would fix the shoe and he did so as I waited. He assured me the fix should be ok, but if not to return. There are few individuals or companies these days that did what Dave or his employee would do. Just an exceptional hometown shoe store with old school values. I have taken my Grandson there for years and highly recommend them for fitting childrens shoes properly for their growing feet and all the running and playing they so enjoy doing!
