I'm new to CrossFit, and when I joined TCF only 2 short months ago, I was anything but fit. It's incredible how quickly this has changed! Every day brings a different workout challenge, testing your strength, speed, and mobility. Variety prevents both boredom, and injury. The workout groups are kept small to ensure you get plenty of individual attention. The coaches have incredible and varied expertise, and are able to tailor the workouts to individual strengths and weaknesses. They are really invested to see you do your best and even have an extra one-on-one monthly review.
I like the TCF website very much. It's clean and easy to navigate with a host of information available in an easy-to-find format. I really like the workout-of-the-day post, which is regularly accompanied with great bite-size info - never too much to overwhelm, just enough to read on the go - but always relevant and engaging which makes me want to research and geek out some more.
I love the new addition - the Meal of the Day. This was a member's suggestions and TCF responded to it very quickly, which is really encouraging. In fact, that's another thing that's very noticeable about TCF - the responsiveness to members' input. Another great example would be organising PayPal system for payments promptly.
I've had nothing but pleasant experiences at TCF. I love the work; it's varied and demanding of both my physical and mental faculties, and I can feel that I'm progressing every day. This in turn makes me want to keep working, and getting better and better. Let's not forget all that wonderful Paleo stuff - TCF promotes Paleo lifestyle and I must say, since I've started it 4 weeks ago - I've never felt better.
