It reeks of cigarettes so bad. The workers don't acknowledge you for 10 minutes. It's a 30 minute wait for the car you're renting, that you had booked weeks in advance, and even called ahead that same day and they said it was ready, you get there and it was not ready. Car was not clean, worker would not run it through the car wash, it had snow and ice all over it. Crumbs all inside the vehicle. Random $100 fee, had to wait 30 minutes on the phone to dispute a random $100 fee that had no description, only for the phone tech to say "the cars tank wasn't filled". We literally got gas right before we returned it, and had receipts. It will take 5-7 business days before that's refunded. Not a good experience at all.

I was able to get a VW that got good gas mileage and had heated seats. I was able to drop the car back off the next Tuesday morning with short notice and didn't have to wait to get a ride back to my fixed car at the dealership. The person who did the set up and returned was caring and professional. I tried Hertz the last time and it was great to find this place. If I need to rent a car again when mine is in the shop, it will be here.
