I called him because I live in Novi, my car is down, and I need a ride to Henry Ford hospital Thursday morning. I called him to find out if he could do it, and he told me that he doesn't make local runs. If he doesn't do local runs, then he should not say that he's a Novi/Bloomfield cab or taxi service. Will was up for the drive and provided us with an excellent experience. His vehicles are clean, comfortable and well maintained. I am a person who gets car sick easily and found his driving to be excellent and safe at all times. We've used him for an airport pickup as well and he was on time, assisted with luggage, and communicated perfectly before and on the day of pickup. He was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to accommodate me and make the ride a wonderful experience. I reached out on the same day I needed a car from a business trip to the airport and without hesitation Will instantly set up the order and assured me the car would be on on time. Will picked me up himself, the car was clean, the 1 1/2 hour ride was AWESOME and I felt pampered. I could not ask for more and being from NYC I know first hand that a cab, Lyft, or Uber ride can be a nightmare if you select the wrong company or unfortunately get the wrong driver.
