Unreliable doesn't even come close to describing this awful company. Left us stranded and refused to give a refund. - NO kiosk in the arrivals hall as mentioned on the instructions - NO signs outside the arrivals hall to signal where to be picked up from - NO working telephone number to call to ask for assistance Asked multiple people both inside the arrivals hall, and at the bus/shuttle stations but no one had seen a Redy2Go shuttle bus in at the airport in months with some not even recognising the name at all. If you value your safety and your money, Avoid Avoid Avoid! And just set aside some money and Uber it instead. It's safer and a lot more reliable. read more

Do not use this service! The old ladies at the information kiosk at the airport suggested we use the shuttle service. They should have explained other ways to get to the hotel. We were quickly sold a round trip ticket and paid up front. It took over an hour to get to the hotel, when a can or an Uber would only take 20 minutes. It was ridiculous! I then called the next morning to cancel the return trip but was told it was Non refundable as it says on the WEBSITE, which I did not book. The guy who sold it only told me that if I had any changes to call at least 24 hours ahead of time ... well this was 4 days ahead but no. The operator then proceeded to tell me to go back to the airport and see him directly then... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Posted on 12/21/2019 after calling to cancel the return trip and being told there is a no refund policy. At checkout from out hotel, we were informed that the shuttle was here to pick us up. Are they really that inept they couldn't correct this with 4 days notice? The poor employee / driver was so nice and said he wasn't notified, and I really hope there weren't passengers waiting to get somewhere. Just goes to show you how pitiful this company is. BEWARE- DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! We arrived at 10:00am to Sydney Airport and got to our hotel at 1:30pm!! We waited the longest, then got dropped off last. At that point time was more precious than money. We were told 5 more minutes only to find out it was actually 15 minutes. Then when that bus arrived we were told it was too big to drive to our location and had to wait for the next one. We waited 2 hours, then had to drive around dropping everybody else off for another hour. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this service! read more

This is the experience my wife and I had regarding the ride between the Sydney airport domestic terminal and the West hotel near Darling harbor. This happened on a Friday afternoon. There was rush hour traffic but not stop and go. Strike #1 - We had to wait 30 minutes for the van to show up even though during my online reservation I had provided my flight info and specified the pickup time to be 40 minutes after the scheduled arrival time to account for potential flight delay.  Strike #2 - It took over an hour for the van to arrive at the West hotel. Among the hotels the van stopped at, West hotel is the closest to the airport. When asked about why the van had to stopped at so many other hotels that are farther away from the airport before finally stopping at the West hotel, the driver said it is due to road closure. While it is true that there are some road closures, the roads that are closed are still a very small minority. Furthermore, the road closure that he referred to is well known. It is clear that the driver did not plan ahead and was just winging it. Strike #3 - After enduring 90 minutes of this journey, the van stopped at the opposite side of the street across from the hotel entrance. It is the only hotel where the van did not stop at or near the hotel entrance. As a way to remediate the situation, the driver took one of our luggages across the street cutting through passing traffic. We had little choice but to follow. The West hotel sits on a fairly busy street so crossing a street without traffic light was an adventure that we didn't ask for. Strike #4 - As we sat directly behind the driver in the second row, I could see and hear the driver during the ride. The driver honked a couple a times, cursed more than once, and made sudden moves that swayed us in our seats. Fortunately the driver took the surface streets the entire trip so the van traveled at a speed that would seem survivable should something untoward happen. I cancelled the reserved Redy2Go ride between the West Hotel and the airport while on this ride. To add insult to injury, this ride cost $44. For comparison, the taxi ride back to the airport costs $62, which is a holiday fare as we took the taxi ride on the Monday after the 2019 Australia Day, which falls on a Saturday. I was told typically a taxi ride of the distance between the West Hotel and the airport costs $40 to $50. The tax ride took 25 minutes. Needless to say, Redy2Go is on my personal black list. read more

This company is AWFUL! First of all they Lied to us at the airport to sucker us in to paying for to ride with them and book a return shuttle to which they Will NOT GIVE A REFUND FOR!! They told us it was cheaper than the train which is a lie the train is cheap and super EASY! TAKE THE TRAIN! They also told us Uber can not pick us up at the airport and even if we walk out to get an Uber they don't charge a base because they are not allowed to. That is also a LIE UBER WAS CHEAPER AND WILL PICK YOU UP TAKE A TRAIN OR take UBER!!!! Only take this shuttle service if you enjoy being lied to, you like drivers with horrible personalities, if you enjoy being in stinky vehicles, being subjected to longer drive times and just love being driven all over the city to pick up other people and then being late to the airport, oh and if you enjoy sitting outside longer in Smokey unbreathable air waiting on the shuttle to get you because they are late because they don't actually know where they are going! If all of those things are what you would love to incorporate into your vacation then by all means book a ride with HORRIBLE business!! read more

This shuttle service is not punctual. Ater waiting 30 minutes for a van at the airport, the ride in from Sydney airport took more than 45 minutes. The return trip was no better. A 9:10 am pickup at the hotel became a 9:35 pickup, and then the driver diverted to pick up cruise terminal passengers. Thus, I arrived at the airport at 10:30,. If I had scheduled 2 hours for this delay, I would have missed my flight. Try another shuttle service. read more

Is your life worth saving a few quid? No. Our driver was prompt and courteous at the Sydney Airport pickup, but I think it was simply a ploy to loll us into a sense of false complacency. He accelerated as if we were at the National Hotrod Drag Association finals, and braked with a force determined to shred any useable tread from the tyres. Lane changes throughout the city were as subtlety executed as a breakdancing routine while we cut off signaling vehicles wishing to change lanes. Pedestrians were given the respect of Jews at Auschwitz, and bicyclists fled in terror. The bus seats are so narrow that anyone older than 12 would be cramped and uncomfortable. Upon reaching our destination, our luggage and valuables were strewn throughout the storage compartment in a manner reminiscent of a post earthquake damage assessment. My standard of review: would I patronize this vendor again? Hell no! read more

Avoid this company due to poor service. It took us an hour and forty minutes to get from the Sydney airport to the Hyatt Regency. The van had to deliver customers to five hotels in the city ours was the fourth stop. Locating the hotels seemed to be a problem, customers had to request that they be delivered to the exact location and not be let off in the middle of the block. We were not given any information about the route or what hotel we were proceeding to. When you are booking your reservation they offer you a discount if you schedule your return shuttle at the same time. However, no where on the receipt does it state that it is non refundable. Buyer beware. I would not recommend this company and I doubt I will use a shuttle service again. One star seems to high a rating. read more

Never use this service! We had a voucher that our tour director facilitated. They were supposed to pick us up at our hotel at 8:10am. Waited until 8:30am, called the company and they said they came by at 7:15 and told the concierge. I think that's untrue as no one ever called us. I told them to forget about it and we ended up taking a private cab to the airport. Really uncaring and worthless service. read more
