Do NOT go to the SQ lounge- it is soooo worn down and tiny. It's in desperate need of a face lift but bc it's the first lounge you see, you'll often see people just walk into that one. Sure, SQ lounge in Singapore was amazing but don't expect even an ounce of that luxury here. I'm glad I ventured out and moved over to the Koru lounge bc holy cow it's about 20 times nicer, with better food, drink stations, cleaner, and seating is much much nicer.

In fact, customer service at Flight Centre Concord is positively average in every way. Sometimes, staff members act as though they couldn't care less about your business. I like that. Despite the disinterested service, I'm a repeat customer, I trust them. And I can't say that about too many places. The staff are relaxed, and you never feel the pressure of a hard sell. You probably won't even receive any of those annoying follow up calls and emails, pestering you to book the holiday with them. It's great. This poor salesmanship will ensure my business for years.
