Flight Centre Warringah Mall is absolutely fantastic, and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. When I went in with thousands of vague questions about my potentially upcoming trip to the States, the staff of Flight Centre Warringah Mall were incredibly helpful and informative. «Maybe... the west coast. But I definitely want to go to Chicago! And New York! But I don't want to fly out of JFK. But I do want to do a tour; but not a Contiki. Or one with old people.» How annoying do I sound? I was most definitely the biggest pain in that travel agent's behind, but not once did she give me the vibe that I was - rather, she smiled, laughed, suggeted altermatives, made calls for me and was just really, really good at her job. Although my primary interaction was with a particular staff member, the others in the store were also happy to comment, help her out and have a chat with me. I was also impressed by the lack of pushiness I experienced; no pressure to BUY NOW, just a calm and friendly collection of my contact details.
