I called them to give me an estimate for my home. The young lady on the phone very nice and very helpful. Sadly her sales person was very rude and unprofessional. I work a rotating schedule so some times night sometimes days sometimes both. The estimate guy calls me I was sleeping so I call the number back when I woke up. I ask who he was looking for because I did not have the number stored he called me back two weeks from the time I had inquired about my estimate from the young lady as she warned me they are super busy and to be patient. So I had no clue whom this was call was from. I thought it was a number from one of my bosses asking me to come in for a third shift type deal anyway not important. I ask whom who he was he was like who are you I told him my name and asked if he was looking for a Yasmine he was like yeah you called me for a quote I said you have to be more specific I have ppl working on my home. He continued to be rude took him forever to tell me he was with redwood and when he final gets around to the quote I tell him I need trees planted he tells me how many I tell him anywhere from 10 to 20 he says ok I ask him how much he was like we don't come out for anything under five grand and I was like well is that the price for ten or twenty still with a bad attitude. Then hangs up. He was very unprofessional very disrespectful and I work hard for my money as we all do and respect goes along way if his attitude was that poor God forgive him but I will not be doing business with them.
