Chris was also exceptionally knowledgeable about working with the insurance companies, and I believe it was mainly in part to him, knowing what to present, is the reason my insurance company covered my roof replace. I was sent a website link by Chris where I could pick out the color of my shingles before the install started. I loved this as I could see what different colors would look like with houses similar in color to my own. I chose "Pristine Green". Chris and his guys showed up on a Wednesday morning and they completed my 3600 sq. ft. roof by Thursday evening. They were fast, efficient, but also high quality. When I brought up a small issue or two, they were quick to address the issue well. I posted some pics of my finished roof - my neighbor who lives up the hill and looks down on my house also commented how gorgeous she thought the completed roof looked. When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. He reattached the facia that was pulled away and also inspected the roof to see if there was any other damage but said everything else looked good. I can't speak highly enough of these folks as I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have dealt with some real characters in the past, but these guys are top shelf. I also appreciated that Juan returned to my home after the job was completed as I had some issues as a result of some stone work that was completed one day after the gutters were installed. We worked through the fixes and now waiting on them to return to complete the work. It would have been beneficial if the gutter installers/schedulers/ would inquire about any other work scheduled to occur that might affect gutter install so as to not have to deal with a situation like mine.

After a quick look around, they determined that the gutters were in pretty good shape, the downspouts are working, and that very minimal cleaning would be required.
