The one time I actually reached her, a technical glitch prevented me from signing the documents -- which led to two more days of chasing down technical support. I've wasted hours trying to get something done that should've been simple. It's a real shame, because I've had loans through this company before and never had an issue. But that was at a different branch -- the one that actually knew what customer service was. Unfortunately, that branch closed, and if the one that provided competent service couldn't stay open, this one doesn't stand a chance. For a company that charges sky-high APRs to people who need help, the least they could do is hire employees who care enough to process paperwork in a timely manner. Instead, you get excuses, dropped calls, and total indifference. Save yourself the aggravation. There are better options than wasting your time here.
