I tired an at home service but it was very expensive and you have to pay for a virtual doctor to okay you to do the IV. Then it was awkward while the guy sat on our couch watching his football game at full volume while my daughter was trying to watch her show. Long story short, I ended up googling and finding this location and I signed up for texts. They sent me a deal that I knew I had to sign up for and I've been going every week since. I do their IVs once a week and love it. I truly feel like the manager and his team cares about people as human beings but also takes great care of them as their clients. I drive 40 minutes each way to visit this location. I highly recommend trying them out! My two favorite things are IV and the sauna. Highly recommend trying all the things to see what is best for you.

Called Sammie to schedule my appointment and she was able to get me in right away. You have to buzz to get in and once you step inside the tranquil and relaxing ambience helps to relax you. I got setup and relaxed inside my pod. If you focus on your breathing you have a better chance of remaining in the pod the whole 30 minutes. Felt like I sweated out a lake and was a little drained (pun intended) afterwards. Relaxed for a little bit and drank some more water before hearing more about the color of my toxins and the benefits of the pods - experiencing it I already understood the benefits of it. It was shortly afterwards when it hit me and I just felt really really good - I highly recommend going and giving it a try - plan it if you are so that you get the most benefit from it. Whether that was said directly to someone or publicly, the message is the same: exclusion. When pushed on it, the owner or whoever runs the social media for this gym, doubled down and continued to disrespect someone just because they are big. Let's be clear--many people in bigger bodies come to gyms because they're working toward better health. That kind of rhetoric doesn't motivate anyone. It reinforces shame, discourages beginners, and creates an environment where people feel watched, judged, and unwelcome before they even walk through the door. Everyone deserves access to a space where they can move their body without being dehumanized or made to feel like a problem that shouldn't exist. Until there's accountability and a clear shift in how people are treated, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this gym to anyone--especially those who are just starting their fitness journey. If you're already ripped and skinny, you may be welcome, but that type of "generosity" is double edged the second you don't fit their ideal. smh

Plus, I get to use all of the other SPA services such as Red Light Therapy and Aqua Massage. I don't give a hOOt about having to pay a small fee to add a bronzer to my spray tan to have it show up "instantly" if I want it to. It irks me to read reviews on here posted by people wanting something for nothing, then complaining their something for nothing didn't come with them being served with a platinum spoon.
