I tired an at home service but it was very expensive and you have to pay for a virtual doctor to okay you to do the IV. Then it was awkward while the guy sat on our couch watching his football game at full volume while my daughter was trying to watch her show. Long story short, I ended up googling and finding this location and I signed up for texts. They sent me a deal that I knew I had to sign up for and I've been going every week since. I do their IVs once a week and love it. I truly feel like the manager and his team cares about people as human beings but also takes great care of them as their clients. I drive 40 minutes each way to visit this location. I highly recommend trying them out! My two favorite things are IV and the sauna. Highly recommend trying all the things to see what is best for you.

I couldn't believe there was something out there that i was looking for. It has helped me not only detox from medications I wanted to get off of, but it has lifted my mood, my spirit, my energy and my skin. There's a locker room for you to change. And plenty of towels. You're offered volcanic water at body temp while sitting in the lava bene pod. (The lava Bene pod Made from the volcanic mountain 708 in Japan was found by NASA and has negative ions which help in so many ways) I was sweating within the first minute. This technique makes your body increase it's heart rate to sweat deeply eliminating toxins, and tons of gross build up from the years. You'll be able to see your results right after and compare it to a chart. I've trained with personal trainers and joined boot camps for years, and I can admit that this feels like an amazing workout after. She says it's like running 10 miles. Control your breathing while sitting in the barrel just as you would during exercise. The temperature raises and drops so you're heart rate can work as if you're doing cardio. The prices are affordable and the owner is welcoming, a great listener and very informative. Love it here. After you're done, you will sit and relax in the lounge as you sip your water until your body gets back to normal heart rate. So enjoy that time. Take a nap, pray, read. Hope this helps. Prayers to you and I hope you heal soon. I'll be coming back. Xoxoxo

APEX Gym has great equipment and a solid environment, but the cancellation process has been…read moreextremely frustrating. My first attempt to cancel was by email on March 4th, and I emailed again on March 16th when I didn't receive a response.I then went in person on a Sunday, as my contract allows cancellation in person. The manager, Lorenzo, was not there, and the front desk staff told me I could email him directly to cancel. I followed their instructions and sent the email. This morning, Lorenzo replied telling me that I cannot cancel by email and that I must come in person Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM -- even though I already went in person, and none of these requirements appear anywhere in my contract. My contract clearly states that cancellation can be done in person or by mail, with no mention of manager availability, weekday-only hours, or any other restrictions. Under the Texas Health Spa Act, gyms are not allowed to add extra cancellation conditions that aren't in the written agreement. The shifting explanations I received -- including in my recorded call with Lorenzo -- would not hold up under Texas consumer protection rules. I've filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General because this has now dragged on for nearly a month despite me following every instruction they gave me.It's a great gym overall, but if you ever move out of the city or need to cancel, be prepared for a stressful and unnecessary process. The facility is good, but the cancellation issues are simply not worth the headache. Stay away at all costs, Houston is literally saturated with so many gyms that this one is absolutely not worth the trouble.
