Along the way, though ... we stumbled upon Todd Hegwood with All Odd Jobs. Not knowing what to expect, Todd showed up the first day....ON TIME... dressed for the job...with a positive can-do attitude...and a knowledgeable, steadfast assistant. Almost six weeks later, Todd and Allen have laid hands on almost every major system, every home improvement project....pretty much everything in the house that needed some attention. Every step of the way their work has been flawless. Every time they offer up a solution, they throw in 1 or 4 alternatives. Every time we sign off on a project they give a fair estimate of the time and the material expense. My wife and I truly don't know where we would be right now if it wasn't for Todd and Allen. If we have any concerns...it's that our glowing review might keep them so busy that they won't have time for us. Seriously, if you have work you need done on your home. One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.

We then got emails and phone calls from Brooke who is very unprofessional and getting agitated that we were late on our payment. I followed up multiple times to get it resolved and each time she seemed to get more irritated. I even emailed her a screenshot of payment showing we attempted to pay the invoice on time. I finally had to run a check in and give it to her personally. Upon arrival, she refused to return my unused (still in box) ledger stone and continued to show no understanding. I would definitely consider other suppliers before using this business, very difficult to work with.
