(I would argue banker hours - not business hours for people who work.) We both received arguably good haircuts, but here is where it turns to crap. I book our next appointment for 5 weeks later. TWO DAYS before our appointment they call me to reschedule my appointment at their convenience because the owner decided he wanted to go cut hair at some car show. Who the hell runs a business like this?? Now my son and I have overgrown short haircuts that look like crap and I have to try to find a new place to fit us in because this guy put his own personal fun and advertising ahead of his already more than he can handle client base.

Laura takes intentional time the first time you meet to ask you questions, feel your hair, and get a clear idea of what you're looking for. If you're not clear, she is great at helping you find that clarity! She took care of me in ways that I couldn't have imagined for the wedding! From brightening up pieces of my hair so they would stand out in the up-do, to taking care of all of my bridesmaids, and just such a fun atmosphere the day you get married. My hair was honestly my favorite part of the wedding. :) Since then Laura has continued to be absolutely amazing. There have been a handful of times where I just tell her to "get creative...do whatever you want" because I have that much trust in her. I've gotten to know a few of the other hair stylists as they will come and chat for a few minutes between appointments and they're just lovely. I also see Karla for nails and she is outstanding as well! I've also gotten to know the other techs. They're also so so friendly and lovely! I have referred a handful of people here and it's the only place I'll continue to refer to because I have that much trust in these ladies! Also, the music selection is always amazing!
