I ordered some soap I couldn't find anywhere else and woke up to a couple bags of the soaps I wanted. I respect this business!

Pretty cool place! My hubby and I checked out Aldi for the first time yesterday - we found some…read morereally great deals (I still can't get over less than a buck fifty for a gallon of milk - what the!?!?!) and can't wait to discover more. We saw a lot of canned goods and other pantry products for half the price than regular grocery stores, and a lot less than Wal-Mart, which typically has the best prices. The only thing I didn't really see at a much cheaper cost was the cat treats - the price for those was pretty much the same as everywhere else. Luckily I had read the reviews beforehand, so we were all set with a quarter for the shopping cart (their carts are HUGE - never before have I seen a shopping cart built for twins - or two small children!!!), and we brought our own bags. We will definitely be back - very soon!

Whoever thought rearranging the entire store was a good idea, THOUGHT WRONG! Even a hard working…read morestore clerk had a hard time finding where she needed to place items. I was told by one of the stockers that they wanted to put like items together. Not a bad idea however when you have pickles mixed in with the cereal, oil mixed in with dog food, just random boxes placed on the shelf it makes no sense at all! The store used to be very clean and nicely organized. It is now a total disaster. It's a very unpleasant shopping experience, the only things that remain the same where are the items around the entire perimeter the rest is a nightmare. LOVE LOVE this store PLEASE bring back the Aldi's we knew and loved!

It's both a shopping and a cultural experience…read more This is one of the best Amish markets that I've been to. The choices are boffo. There's hot & cold prepared Amish foods and continental foods; butcher; dairy store; green grocer; bulk dried & jarred goods; and arts & crafts--all in one place. Here's my favorites: Smucker's Pretzels: Original pretzels and smokey cheezers (pigs-in-a-blanket). Made fresh throughout the day. Stoltzbus BBQ: Fried chicken, smoked ribs, and beef stew. Esh's Produce: Any fruit or vegetable from here is excellent. A & R Bakery: The cheesecake offerings are impressive; there's individual slices, half and whole cheesecakes. There's literally a wall of all types of cakes and pies, along with multiple shelves filled with cookies, donuts, breads, baked treats. There's plenty of free parking and public restrooms. Near closing time, local folks come pouring in here to get dinner and it becomes animated. Open 3 days a week; only operates during daytime hours. Vendors begin to put things away about 30 minutes ahead of end of business. Don't miss out by showing up at the last minute.

Place is clean and I have yet to have had a bad experience at this place. High quality, fresh ingredients are what makes the food here and what keeps this place running. You will catch me here every weekend. Wish they were open more days though , that's how good it is.

After living here for a quarter century and enduring an "Asian Desert" we have a fine market for…read moreAsian groceries, not quite H-Mart but pretty darn close. In addition to all the sauces, mostly Vietnamese and Korean, there are seasonings, spices, fresh produce including guavas, durian (frozen whole and peeled), baby bananas (apple bananas? not sure the variety) and Asian greens like Shanghai baby bok choi, gai lan, and water spinach, garlic chives and long beans. Didn't see pea vines but they are quite hard to get. Bulk rice and dried mushrooms, and fresh fish and seafood as well as meats including organ meats. Noodles fresh, frozen and dried as far as the eye can see. A small section of housewares. Outside the market (which is in the old Toys R Us if you remember back when) there is a small food court with roast duck, banh mi and pastries. There is also a Korean bbq restaurant and a noodle and dumpling restaurant nearby in the parking area, the Korean bbq is across from the market and the noodle dumpling house is next to where the old Borders bookstore had been (on the way out of the shopping center.) Worth the trip. We enjoy cooking at home, especially Asian food and we enjoy grocery shopping so this was a really fun excursion. And since we eat a lot of bok choi, we'll be back soon.

It's a large Asian grocery store that sells everything from fresh seafood, produce, cooking tools, frozen food, and more. It has a small food court area with a few vendors, which is really why we stopped by, but we explored the store after lunch. If we lived in the area, we'd shop here all the time.
