It was our first time visiting the center and we really didn't know where to begin. My husband walked over to a gentleman working on a forklift to let him know what we were looking for and ask him where to begin. The gentleman's name was Joe and he dropped everything he was doing to assist us find the type of rocks we were searching for. He helped us take the rocks to be weighed and helped my husband load the rocks into his truck. Joe was very pleasant and made our search easier. I then proceeded to the cashier to pay for the rocks and was welcomed by two friendly cashiers. With all that is going on in today's society, it's pleasant to find a business that still values its customers. Although the weather was crappy, I walked away from Timothy's with a big smile. It was a great reminder that there are still people out there who are willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service. I'm definitely a returning customer and would highly recommend Timothy's to anyone looking for landscaping supplies. Thank you! Mr. & Mrs. LeRoy

I found two Wisteria plants doubt the size and half the price at another center. When I tried to return the overpriced Wisteria, that was still in the same condition as when I purchased it from Timothy's, the manager was rude and refused to do the return. Very bad business. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The original as well as the previous owners both put in weird lights all over the house and we are having a nightmare of a time trying to replace bulbs... So I took a few of them to Ace to try and figure out what I need, and unfortunately they were unable to help me. The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage... The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item. All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!

Of the pre-cut trees, they had a wide selection of tree varieties, as well as heights and prices. The 4'-5' frasier furs were about $45 and the 5'-6' ones were $56. I didn't look at any larger trees. Despite the fact that we went on a busy Saturday, there were more than enough employees - all of the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. When we looked at wreaths, they didn't have quite what we were looking for, but Mr. Exley had an employee add pinecones and holly to a plain wreath so we could get exactly what we wanted! Plus, they only charged us for the plain wreath, not the added decorations. The employee who tied our tree to our car started walking away without any expectation of a tip - we had to chase him down to give it to him! They had a refreshment stand, an elaborate model train set, Santa Claus, and a kiddie train ride - it seems like a great place to bring a family. Overall, it was a nice experience at a family-run business. They had good prices (not too expensive), and I think we will be returning every Christmas.
