I'm happy…read moreto report that all is fine :p and that my car windows are tinted courtesy of Executive Tint. These guys are professionals at what they do and excel at customer service! The entire process from door to door lasted roughly around 45 minutes or so. It was raining heavily that day and I think I spent the initial 5 minutes or so waiting in my car for the rain to stop :/ Anyways, the guys working here are super knowledgeable and polite. They have many options available (pertaining to tint) and different pricing structure. I got a decent deal for my windows so I have no complaints. Did I mention, they have a lifetime warranty? Wowza! The place is huge for a car window tinting service. They have a huge walk-in area for customers with some demo window tints based on the material (ceramic, high performance, 3M) for you to check under direct bright yellow light (simulating heat) and the impact of the tints. It was a cool experience to check out the effect each material has towards light and the level of protection you'd get from the scorching sun. They have a seating area with water cooler and restrooms. There's another lounge area with couch, vending machine and TV's. The entire place was clean and honestly, you wouldn't need the lounge area since the service was so quick (unless, of course, they have a huge line of customers wanting to tint their car windows). I've been wanting to tint my car windows for such a long time and this place just took care of this entire process effortlessly. From their quick customer service, to the array of different tints to choose from along with different materials based on your budget, to the fantastic prices and the abundantly huge place for you to sit and relax while they tint your windows. The entire process took less than 45 minutes and the tint was perfect. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone contemplating about tinting their car windows. Give these guys a call and be ready to be amazed.

I came here because I had my windows tinted at another shop (BMW auto tint) in Killeen, Tx that did a terrible job just 4 days ago. The Father and son duo at Sun Cap run a clean and professional shop and their work is top flight. They explained what they were gonna do to my vehicle and why. I recommend Sun Cap Auto Tint to everybody. Quality and professionalism is the thing here. 100% difference between the shop in Killeen that did a crap job (BMW auto Tint) and the pros at Suncap that did a great job.

***BEWARE** On 1/24/25, we paid Sun Cap Auto Tint of Houston thousands of dollars to install XPEL…read morePPF on our new 2024 Ford F-350 King Ranch. They claimed to be an authorized XPEL installer. By 2/5/25, the film was already lifting. I contacted the business with photos and followed up multiple times. The owner acknowledged poor installation and delays began. We tried for months to schedule repairs. After repeated reschedules, the truck was finally dropped off on 7/10/25 and picked up on 8/2/25. At pickup, the owner admitted he used SunTek film, not XPEL, and claimed to be an authorized SunTek installer. The next day, our Ford service advisor noted the film was again peeling, and that two different brands/colors had been used. The top left bed rail was also damaged. I contacted XPEL and SunTek on 8/5/25--Sun Cap Auto Tint is not an authorized installer for either brand. I sent the owner photos and requested a full refund and reimbursement for the cost of professional removal, paint correction, and reinstallation with the proper film. We were misled from the beginning--wrong product, poor quality, delays, and permanent damage to our vehicle. We trusted this shop with a brand-new 100K truck, and instead received dishonest service, subpar workmanship, and additional costs. I have incurred additional expenses now for the removal and preparation costs required before replacement PPF can be installed by a reputable certified professional. I have since learned that PPF film must be installed in a "clean room" to prevent particles from becoming trapped beneath the surface. There is no clean room at this business used for PPF installation. The owner did not act in good faith or with integrity. Do not recommend - don't walk, run from this place!

My wife and I have 4 kids, so having something like this comes in handy. The insurance company selected Hitmen Auto Detailing to do the job, and I couldn't be happier with their selection. I really lucked out! Desmon called me up as soon as the invoice was approved for the job! Desmon was able to book me an appointment on LABOR DAY in New Caney TX. Not only that, he came to my house to do the job. I asked him if he could share how much he charged on the invoice, and to be honest, you would pay more at a "Big Name" detailer. The difference this man made on my wife's vehicle is unreal! The communication, transparency, and overall service made this review a 5 out of 5. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and acquaintances!

I like to take care of my cars and typically have had a detailing come to our house to clean them…read more Our former detailer was hired full time to another family so we were in the market to find someone new. I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment!

They said the job would be done in four hours but it took him all day to try and figure out the rear window because even though he says he's tinted the Tesla rear window in one piece it's not true since he pulled the film off the back windshield and in the process pulled the rear defroster removing the film multiple times. Which caused me to have to get the whole rear window replaced Thankfully he paid to replace it but wasted time and money going with this guy. So I wouldn't waste my time there again.
