this was the most horrendous experience I've ever had.. we were staying at luccombe manor hotel and…read morebooked a taxi to old Shanklin as I have plantar fasciitis in my heels and can't walk any distance.. the taxi driver ignored us from the start n drove erratically very fast to old village not saying anything.. it was obvious he wasn't happy .. as we pulled up he said that's £3.50 so we gave him a ten pound note .. he shouted come on mate it's £3.50 don't you have change n there's a bloody shortcut over there .. I said I don't like the way you are talking to us n I'll try find the change.. he shouted there's a bloody shortcut over there .. by this point I was very upset .. I have a chronic disability .. I said I can't walk distance at all.. he said well I didn't know that but the shortcut is over there .. I said I'm reporting this it's unbelievable your attitude.. he said yeah but can't believe you took a taxi n don't have £3.50 there's a bloody shortcut.., beyond discramantory of any disability.. n the hotel had their sign up I'll be suggesting they don't.. to be honest I've never been so upset it was completely abusive

Wow, my husband just used A Cabs while we're on holiday here... as we were dropping a ladies car…read moreback to her house after she had had a fall and taken to hospital. I explained this to the lovely driver over the phone, as my husband was running slightly late and he was absolutely brilliant, he didn't mind waiting and then didn't even charge my husband for the journey! Honestly bowled over by his amazing generosity, thank you so very much! Highly recommend!
