We phoned several times, to discuss our 2 'booked & paid for in advance' .... 3 figure cost... taxi trips to Winchester; we wanted .... just to chat ! .... about the driver who apparently could find Birmingham easier than Winchester and seemed to forget where the cars gears & dipped headlights were at times ! However we didn't get to chat and the final 'insult' was a short lecture/tirade about Eastleigh licensing protocols. Made a booking for a stag do, agreed on a quoted price…read more Everyone was sat waiting for the van to arrive, they called to say it is £100 more than what was quoted!! Immediately I was like what? You gotta be kidding me 1min before the pickup. I was thinking this is a weird sort of business model! How do you expect to get repeat business! Never going back!! Completely awful. Still now they are saying they'll give me £45 credit for my next ride!!! I am not coming back!!

We then received text at 5.45am saying on their way, giving name of driver, registration etc. Rang them 4 times over next 40 mins (only to go onto answerphone) and the driver only turned up just as we were about to get in another cab and he said that he only got the request through on his app 10 mins before despite the fact it was the same driver and registration as quoted at 5.45am. If looking for reliability then I would say definitely best to avoid especially when don't even answer phone.
